I booked flights in January and, one week before I'm leaving in June, they claim the flights are all full. Rip off. Not legitimate. No matter how many times you phone them, they transfer you to anothe... See more

Title: Scammy Practices & Zero AccountabilityI booked a flight through CheapTickets.com and was charged immediately. Hours later, the flight was canceled without my consent, and no ticket was issued. Their customer service was evasive, outsourced, and unhelpful. I was lied to multiple times and never received a refund. This company enables scammy third-party providers and should be investigated by consumer protection agencies. Avoid at all costs — book directly with airlines!
Ordered 2 round-trip tickets
Ordered 2 round-trip tickets. Money removed from my account. A few days later received an email stating Cheapflights canceled our tickets "because the airline raised the price". "You should receive a refund in 3-5 d". Over 1 month later no refund. Unable to reach the company. Filed a complaint with the BBB. They couldn't reach the co either. I'm out the money. Scam.
WARNING DO NOT USE THIS SIGHT!My husband and I booked a round trip…
My husband and I booked a round trip flight in August for our trip in October. We were charged $850. When we called American Airlines a week before our trip we were informed that CheapFlights canceled our flight. They never informed us! After MULTIPLE calls we someone finally answered and said there was a mistake and sent a link to a company called Affirm to verify our identifies with pictures of our drivers licenses and a selfie of our faces. Then they charged us an additional $170 which they said would be refunded after our flight. They said we'd receive a new confirmation in 24 hours which we never did. So we canceled the flight with them demanded a refund and booked a flight through the airlines. A few days later we received an email stating we were being charged $692 for a loan through Affirm that we never took out! CheapFlights has not refunded our money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
They just got me😡 Two days before our…
They just got me😡 Two days before our flight leaves and we are out the 770.00 and must drive 9 hours to catch our cruise ship. They have hung up on me four times after I’ve called 100+ times just to listen to music and then sent to a voicemail link. They promise my refund is coming but after reading all these comments I know I have been scammed. Never again
ZERO stars-watch out and stay away
I wish I could give 0 stars- a total scam. We never received e-tickets and were getting concerned because the confirmation number we received was not valid through the airline company.
We reserved tickets almost 2 months in advance- now have to pay 4 times the amount.
They take your money then cancel on you…
They take your money then cancel on you a day before the flight!! They blamed the airline and it wasn’t them!! Horrible experience. The price was then doubled and they do not care!! I would have given them negative stars if possible!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM
If I could give it negative stars I…
If I could give it negative stars I would. We bought and were charged $768 for tx to Boston. On a routine follow-up as we are nearing our trip date, we learned that the airline cancelled our seats...because Cheapflights did not pay the airline. Dozens of calls to Cheapflights yielded recorded messages about "technical difficulties" so we had no choice but to buy a new set of tickets that cost us $1900 in addition to the $768 that we were f***ed out of by these SOB's.
I think you get the picture, right? DO NOT DO BIZ W/THESE bastards!
RUN, FORREST, RUN!!!!!!!!
Scam!big time!!! Dont trust them!!!!
Scam!! Scam!!! Sacm!!! 🚩🚩🚩run away from Cheapflights as far as you can!!! NEVER EVER book anything from them!!! They charge your card, take your money and send fake reservations which are empty!! Thank God I called the airline to confirm my flight( which was not confirmed, ofc). Otherwise I would go to airport with my elderly parents and three kids and be turned away right at the gate….. it is soooo low and disgraceful…. Cheapflights- liars and cheaters…..
Advertised prices unavailable. Double the price!!!
Scam. After a few clicks, the prices are more than double. Dont waste your time.

Do not book anything from them
Do not book anything from them, there are bunch of lying Indian!! I booked my ticket about a month ago and double check 2 days ago, the confirmation number did not exist due to Alaska airline and didn't get any email that they ticket was canceled till I called them because I felt something fishy at beginning!!! These ppl are bad and would waste your time, DO not use them for anything
QUESTION: How USA allow these ppl scam US citizens??????????????
Scammers are targeting customers on budget flight websites.
I book my flights through cheapflights.com, and when I select my flights according to my needs, Cheapflights.com redirects me to another website, Airbeas Travel Ltd, for my air tickets but I wasn't aware that Airbeas Travel Ltd is the biggest scammer in the ticket booking industry. They are an Indian-based company that has access to UK online websites and landline numbers, but they pretend to be a UK-based company, using English names for their staff, such as Zara Lopez, Valentina Leyva, and Garry.
Initially, they advertise cheap fares, and after making a payment, they promise to send your tickets within an hour or two. However, you will never receive the tickets. They then come up with another excuse, claiming that the airline sold those tickets, and insist that there's nothing they can do. They will offer you different tickets, but the price and flight times will change, and when you refuse the alternatives, their true colors emerge.
During one of my interactions, I spoke to a male representative who acted as if he was the boss of the company. His tone was egotistical, almost as if I were speaking to the president of the country. Every day, these scammers present you with a new story, leaving you waiting for a refund. Please do not trust them; they are a team of scammers and cannot be relied upon.
I paid $65 dollars for a 30 pounds…
I paid $65 dollars for a 30 pounds luggage, with UNITED Airlines I paid $35 for 50 pounds luggage, also a carry on I paid $45 dollars. Will not use this Airline any more and I don’t recommend!!
Beware!: CheapFlights.com
I tried to book through CheapFlights.com and ended up with an acceptable rate with an entity called CheapDealsFare. I was contacted by a representative about 1.5 hrs after my purchase, with them saying that my returning option flight could not be honored by the airline. They offered me other, more expensive options, which I declined. The rep insisted they were trying to help, but I said none of these worked me. Then he stated to me that these were non-cancelable tickets but as a "gesture", they could cancel the purchase with only an $85 cancellation fee. At this point, we all know that this is a SCAM company. I refused and said I will receive a full refund since the product I purchased cannot be provided to me. Once I was at the point of colorful words, the rep informed me that there would be "another" $250 cancellation fee added to my charge. I challenged him to do that, used more colorful words, said I would dispute the charge, and that I would make it my mission to let everyone know that anything close to CheapDealsFare is a FOREIGN RUN SCAM. If CheapFlights.com is not a SCAM, then they should be vetting the companies that offering products via their website.
These people are con artists
These people are scum con artists. They take your money, hold it for a few months and then tell you your flight was over booked. Toral assholes!
I’ll join the ‘DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM’…
I’ll join the ‘DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM’ crowd! Using cheapflights, my innocent wife booked us two tickets on American Airlines to Aruba for $1,193. I could tell that something was amiss when I saw they tried charging my credit card two times for $1,193. Thankfully my CC company denied the second attempt. My wife booked it on Sunday afternoon, and Sunday night I received a text saying our flight was cancelled, and that we would not be charged. They charged us $1,193! This cleared charge is currently in dispute.
This company is scam
This company is scam. I booked business class with JAL and when I went to counter, there is no my ticket. In stead of giving me refund, they game me economy class. Never use this shit!!!!!!
Scammers
Scammers. Terrible customer service. Don’t do business with this guys. This company should be banned from doing business in the U.S. go back to freaking India. MF.
FRAUD
We booked airline tickets 3 weeks ago, got a cancellation notice from these people today. I looked and all the flights are still available! I even spoke with the airline and they assured me they do not overbook! They looked up the flight reservations which would show if made (even through a 3rd party) and the reservations were NEVER VALID. This company never made the reservations, it was all a lie! I have a refund “PENDING” on my card, let’s see if it actually goes through.
***DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE***
-On top of it when I called to speak to them about it, their “customer service” that was there in the beginning, was way gone! Save your money, these people are crooks!
