I bought en airline ticket for $620
after 15 min someone from India called me and saying there is no more flight for $620 if you want this flight it will be $680 i said OK.
5 Days be for flight they CANCELED my flight :-(

These guys are all a big scam!! They gave me a conf code that was good for one day. Then when I called they said 6 weeks later I would have my tickets. After no E tickets they got me and my wife to sign up with Affirm and created an account to verify identity to get the tickets. Something felt weird so I called Affirm and on both accounts they tried to charge over 2k!! After cancellation of my Affirm act i called and spoke to the same guy Roquin and he acted like he didn't know who the F i was!! I told them to cancel and refund me which they sent an email that looks email but here I am two weeks later and still no refund on my credit card!! They even will send you an email that looks legit but this is all a ploy to make you feel like they are legit!! They even have background noise like people are placing orders. They are very good at portraying they are legit but THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A FRAUD COMPANY!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!

I've been trying to get hold of this company for weeks, sent emails and phoned various numbers. My son is in America and I need to change his flight and no one is getting back to me. Needless to say I will NOT be using these guys again - Very disappointed

In COVID-19 situation they are asking for admin fee for bookings cancelled by the carrier and lock down imposed by Governments. SHAME ON THEM!!!

I booked which Rhea Khan trying to talk about other travel agent and yet she is the working for doggy company.
Booked my flights with her and she email me the etickets and when I called for confirmation with the airline they said they don't have any reference with that number.
Really disappointed with this cheap flights uk.
She has blocked my number now so can't even speak with anyone now!

Absolutely disgusting. I even raised my concern with this putin by the name of Rhea Khan. She reassured me that other cheapflight allegedly using the same brand name are scam and warned me to be careful. She took £795 (50%) of the cost of 3 passengers flying to Mauritius. She even provided what seemed genuine copy of the reservation and invoice. The sad thing is that this was not a proper holiday it was more a trip to visit sick parents. This putin should rot in hell if there is no prison for her.

do not know why people fall for these scam sites it is easy to check, if a travel company is ok. just go on atol or abta site and search them out before you pay them anything if they come up no search found run away had hello flights the other day tried giving me crap that the airline is atol protected not them yeah right i will keep my money thanks scam

We booked a trip with them to take our Grandchildren to Disney on May 11th- 15th. We paid $500 extra to buy the passes and shuttle services to hotel. We NEVER received them as we were told at Disney they were invalid. We had the email, but the numbers did not match up. We were told we had been SCAMMED. We then had to pay $1600 to replace them . Luckily we had our credit card or our grandchildren would not have gotten to go into Disney.
We phoned to ask what happened and were so rudely spoken to it was awful and basically accused of lying. We asked to hear the play back of the recording of our phone call when we purchased the tickets and they said it would take 24hrs and get back to us, we have not heard back and no one will take our calls. We will now just have to report it to Visa as a scam and go that route.
Very sad that this company makes money off the scamming of 73 yr old grandparents just wanting to take their grandkids to Disney. SHAME ON YOU.

Hello people of Cheap flights. I have a COMPLAINT. I had to fly to Tokyo and Thailand today Monday 10 at 12:05 but I miss my flight because of your mistake putting wrong my name. My name is URSULA TORREJON not URSULA MONTESINOS. I try to fix the problem with one of your representatives but they did not give me a solution and they try to charge me 500 dollars and they were rude the hold time. I am not going to work or porches with this agency in my life.

BIGGEST SCAMMERS on Earth !! I booked 4 tickets from Phuket to Bangkok on Jan 8, 2018 and paid $290. I got a second invoice asking for the balance '45 %' amount ! I immediately sent a CANCELLATION request within 4 minutes of my 'bookings' and got a 'copy' & 'paste' reply that my refund will be processed in 60-70 days after deduction of $200 to 250 ! ( Flights Ticket Go #4582140).I wrote them that as per their refund policy, cancellations done within 15 minutes will be processed for full refund as they do not charge any processing fee for cancellations. Their Refund policy says that if you do not wish to proceed further and do not want to pay second payment, you may ask for FULL Refund. BUT they just keep silent and side track the issue with their generic 'copy & paste' replies.

The staff names, photos of staff and phone nos are all FAKE !

I told them that I will report their scamming to Law Enforcement Agencies and will post my experience online. I was asked to not threaten them.

Since, we have returned from our trip (booked directly with Airline), I will not stop exposing them until I get back my each penny from them ! What is more alarming on their site is that their payment accepting method is NOT ENCRYPTED one ! They even tried to take out another PAYMENT from my Card since they get to have your full card details ! My bank alerted me and I was saved from their attempt to dupe me once more !!

I am reporting their conduct to IC3, a complaint referral Forum of FBI and other law enforcing agencies. I CAUTION all to NOT to fall in their trap and to book your trips from trusted players on the net only. And all of you, who have been scammed by them not to sit and forget their money BUT to report to all relevant law agencies so that these scammers do not fleece innocent travellers anymore !

I have been caught by this Company thank god it was only $307:76 US$ but I'm very mad as I let my guard down for the first time, my wife and I travel frequently.
Also I see the cheapflightscorp has the same so called directors and managers it makes you wonder why these people are still around judging by the bad reviews .
