Richard is a very efficient travel agent, he found the most affordable flight for me to South Africa, he has also organised assistance for me as I’m disabled and find it hard to walk in the terminal at big airports as the distances from arrival gate to departure gate is quite a distance, he was very patient and polite, I would recommend Richard to my family and friends in the future.
