Paid for flight before lockdown October 2021, flight cancelled before ticket issued when lockdown in place. Now insisting they keep £200 for "cancellation charges " that do not exist. I have checked with the airline. I have given them proof, twice from the airline, they just ignore it.No voucher was issued by Emirates as no ticket was bought by these untrustworthy bunch.
It is unlawful to keep my money when flights were disrupted due to Covid and full refunds, with no cancellation charges, are everybody's lawful right. They keep mentioning a voucher that I have not seen despite asking for it numerous times. They just ramble on and make no sense and ignore Covid law in place for cancelled flights. I tried to book with them recently and they said I could use my Emirates voucher with Qatar Airways as they were both in the UAE. Lies. I checked with Emirates, as it didn't sound right, and Emirates refuted their ridiculous statement and told me they didn't even fly over Qatari air space. I could not afford the rates quoted by them, prices have doubled since last year and asked for my refund. What is wrong with that?
They boast on their website that your money is safe with them Dead right it is. They just will not refund my money. We have offered a face to face meeting, their reg business is in Reading , but , if their woeful command of the English language, and law, is anything to go by will probably have to buy an overseas flight to do that! Just want what's legally mine.
Completely disreputable. Do not do business with these people.

My experience with Eric was very good after having a bad experience with the previous travel agent which I lost money with, Eric helped me to gain confidence to book with another third party for my flight. He was very good at finding my flight customer service was great. Nathan was also good he helped to issue my e ticket I would definitely use this company in the future and recommend them also to other people.
