Baggage Allowance issue

Customer service given by gentleman Malcom was amazing he was very patient, understanding and professional throughout the process.
But main problem was occurred when I booked the flight on (flight to world) website and I'm writing a review for cheapflyshop which is quiet shocking to see . During the whole process I came from jetcost app➡️flight to world➡️ where I booked flight where baggage allowance was not mentioned but on jetcost app it was appearing as 7kgs hand carry and checked bags 25kgs after booking everything I got only the seat no laggauge with flight 😆😆.
However, I rang the company to ask Malcolm explained me that I have to baggage at extra cost. From Qatar airways I have to switch to Pegasus Air which is a low budget carrier and I will definitely be suffering as they don't provide meals And charging usb ports in their flights and I ended up paying £121 extra for only 20kgs of checked baggage.
Please don't book flights without confirming the baggage
flighttoworld.net is not recommended.
Please avoid scam.
Same ticket is still available on trip app in £357 for which I have paid £412 via agency .
Don't trust given prices unless you call them n make sure that you are paying for what you are looking for .
Never again.

Classic Bait & Switch – Avoid This Predatory Agency at All Costs

​I would give zero stars if I could. This company operates with the most dishonest and predatory business practices I have ever encountered in the travel industry.

​We "booked" a flight for my mother to Toronto and received a Booking Confirmation for £489.66. The email explicitly stated the booking was confirmed and even listed the amount as "charged." However, less than 24 hours later, the "bait and switch" began.

​They sent a follow-up email claiming the "automated booking failed" and demanded an additional £343, bringing the total to £832.66—a nearly 70% increase from the confirmed price. They then have the audacity to ask for a reply stating "All OK" or "Ok to Proceed" to trap you into legally agreeing to the new, inflated price for a booking they already confirmed they would fulfill.

​They use a loophole in their fine print to claim a "confirmation" isn't actually a confirmation until they feel like ticketing it, allowing them to hold your money hostage while they try to squeeze more out of you.

​To anyone considering using CheapFlyshop (EMEIA Travel Mart Ltd): Do not be fooled by their initial low prices. They are a "bait and switch" outfit. I have already initiated a Section 75 claim with my credit card provider for breach of contract and misrepresentation.

​Save yourself the stress, the money, and the inevitable headache. Book directly with the airline or a reputable agent. These people are sharks.

I booked flights to Las Vegas

I booked flights to Las Vegas, 3 days later they were cancelled by the company. I don’t understand how you can book flights. Pay for them and then be cancelled. The company tried to get me to upgrade or change dates. Which I could not do. As I wanted the flights in which I booked, hence why I booked them.
Once refunded the money took over a week to go back into my account.
When sorting out all the issues over the phone, before hanging up i was then pressured into writing a good review. The guy on the phone said you should recommend us 4 or 5 stars. It’s like they get commission/promotions for good reviews. Dream on mate. 1 star at best.

Awful experience, would never use this company again.

As a standard practice, when the originally selected fare is no longer available, we offer the closest available alternatives—either different timings, dates, or upgraded fare options. These are shared purely to provide options to proceed with the travel; however, we completely respect your decision not to accept them.

To clarify on the payment, no funds were captured or retained by us. The transaction on your card was only a pre-authorization (soft charge) to validate the payment method. As soon as the booking was cancelled, the authorization was voided the same day from our end. Such reversals typically reflect within 24–48 hours, depending on your bank’s processing timeline, and do not appear as a separate refund entry—rather, the pending charge simply drops off.

We also regret to hear your concerns regarding the interaction with our team. We do not support any form of pressure for reviews, and this will be addressed internally to ensure our service standards are maintained.
