Placed an order before 2pm as their website states that if you do this your goods will be delivered the next day. However after I had placed my order I had contacted them for tracking details & they said it would arrive in a few days! I told them I wouldn’t be at home on the expected date of delivery & would like to cancel my order to which I was told that if I wasn’t in the item would be returned to the company. I never received my goods but was told they had been signed for & left outside my door! While I was at work…. I have tried to contact them for a refund by they are just ignoring me now!! The small claims court it is!!

Unfortunately I had a large pice of grass with a fault delivered. However the manner in which It was dealt with and the final and quick outcome is a credit to the staff, Rachel in particular .
Excellent will use again.

These people claim they delivered our matting but it has never arrived. Even their own tracking system shows that it is still awaiting delivery. Avoid this company

Laid 4 x 3.5m of Panama on inlaws old tatty decking.
Delivery was within 48 hrs which with their current warnings was an unexpected bonus.
Great quaility and easy to cut with a £2.50 craft knife.
I drilled extra drainage holes in the deck first (old deck boards so no loss).
Looks and feels v. realistic and the inlaws are very pleased with what took me only a couple of hours

Well, what can I say about this company!

I ordered composite decking on Friday after being let down on numerous occasions by a different company and it was delivered this morning (Wednesday) by the friendliest delivery driver, well done 5 star service 👏

I received delivery of my 'luxury' grass on monday, 17 june.the delivery drivet, I realise is third party, was so helpful and polite! The product is now in situ, and I am delighted with the end result.Thank you so much, can't recommend you enough. Excellent!

I had been badly let down by Grass247 who actually gave me 3 seperate time slots and never turned up.

My sister had previously used Tuda grass twice before and had always had it delivered in a few days.

Samples arrived quickly and chose Limited Edition. Placed ordered on Saturday evening and could see the banner on website site that said it could take 5 working days.

I contacted them on the Friday to see how long it might be. Was told that limited edition was out of stock. Was sent 2 samples which arrived next day.

I was given a free upgrade and called on the Sunday with my choice.

My grass was then delivered on Tuesday morning by an extremely helpful driver!

Amazing service, great quality of grass and fast delivery.

Would highly recommend.

Would not use this company again.
Ordered my grass over a week ago after being told it would be between 1 and 3 days max.
Heard nothing from them until I contacted them.
Now they tell me there was a banner telling me about the delays, but my invoice says 3 days max.
Further contact today after I phoned again telling me still no ETA.
Looks like there service has gone down hill over last few months.
Steer clear.

Ordered artificial grass on Wednesday morning which was showing as in stock, 2-3 day delivery as currently busy. Monday after still not even an email confirmation of my order, so called them. Told my order was cut/rolled and ready to go but had been placed in wrong pile. They also only deliver to my area once a week on Thursday/Friday. Could I wait until then. I said yes but had to be then as landscapers were coming on the Monday after.
Called on Friday as no grass had arrived to be told they had run out of this model. After being told it was ready to go and definitely with me this week! Promised manager would call me. 5 hrs later no call.
I chose a different grass and got an ‘upgrade’ and it was delivered on the Tuesday. Thankfully with the poor weather the workmen had been delayed and all worked out well. But zero communication and lied to when I called them. Wouldn’t use again or recommend.

Little bit of a mixed review here.
Originally I ordered the ‘limited edition 6’ as it said it was in stock on the site. I left it 7 days as per site and booked workmen in to lay the grass.
I emailed off on the 6th day to ask when the grass would be arriving as it was too be fitted the day after. Prompt response from Rachel, however to be told they don’t have the limited edition in stock and wouldn’t be here until next week. No good when you have people booked in for the job and Tuda are not up front with you when the stock is actually indeed out of stock from the start.
Rachel kindly upgraded our grass to the ‘montpellier’ but it still didn’t arrive in time, so I had to cancel contractors (they weren’t happy as they missed a day’s work).
The grass arrived on the weekend and was fitted 3 days later. All in all lovely grass, good quality, lovely to lay down and looks alot better than the stuff you can buy from major DIY shops.
Just a pity about the communication from Tuda at the start. Something to think about if your ordering from them.

Amazing quality grass and a very good price. Had problems with the delivery company. But after speaking to the owner there stuck between a rock and a hard place as there the only company that can deal with the volume that they are doing. Ordered a sample and received 6 covering a range of depth and price. Was pleased to have been sent the variety to compare as decided to go for a more expensive version but still excellent value (Limited Edition 6). Great that you can order an almost made to measure size so for me this meant no joins and little waste. Placed order on line on Friday PM. Order delivered Monday PM! Driver very helpfully assisted my husband to place in back garden - quite a large, heavy load so much appreciated. We had already followed the advice on website on how to prepare area for laying and with the fortune of a dry day.....grass was laid by Tuesday teatime. Looks great, pleased with quality and how realistic it looks. A bit of effort put in by my husband to neatly cut, fix and blend in at edges but overall a quite easy task to get a very professional looking result. Excellent value and service - highly recommend.

Have purchased several items of grass from Tuda. First was incorrect the next day I had a replacement delivered. Purchased 2nd item at 3pm and was delivered next morning at 10am.

All communications have been 1st class, very professional and super quick

I cannot fault this company and woukd be more than happy to buy again from them.

Best in the business and the grass is pretty good quality as well

I ordered my grass last Wednesday and immediately received an acknowledgement, the following day I received 2 further mails detailing delivery etc....
I received my grass this afternoon, 1 week later, this is amazing service for this type and weight of product to be delivered to Northern Ireland in such a short space of time, especially with the current COVID and Brexit import restrictions.

I fitted the grass and it looks fantastic.

It was as described on their website and looks super, I am very pleased as is my good wife.

I will definitely use this company again and I will be recommending their business to my friends and colleagues.

The icing on the cake was the quality for the value.
