ordred luxury carpet and cannot express the great customer service received by Louise, see kept in contact on delivery etc - would 100% use again - great service all round plus we live in dorset and had next delivery as promised

Exceptional service from the outset, Louise on the sales team was super helpful, as was Chris (boss) who called me from Spain as there wasn’t enough m2 of grass that I originally wanted, offering me a very similar alternative at c30% cheaper price - an incredible customer centric response. The grass was then delivered within 24hrs, immediately despatched direct from the warehouse by Louise despite me being 250 miles away. Likewise their delivery driver was equally helpful, neatly storing the rolls of lawn in the garage for my wife. I self installed, the finish is absolutely superb with some useful after sales tips on installation from Louise... I could not recommend these guys highly enough. As a team TUDA were outstanding and refreshingly customer orientated from start to finish.

Very pleased with the quality, price and customer service. Ordered a modest sized piece of grass, but when received it was shorter than ordered. Tuda agreed to replace immediatey, no problems, and the correct size was recrived within 2 days. Thanks to Georgia who responded quickly and pleasantly.

Absolutely fantastic service. I took a couple of days off work to go grass hunting but didn't need to. I requested a sample from cheap grass.co.uk and was sent a box with 6 different samples so I could compare in the comfort of my own home. I chose one and it was delivered within 24 hours. Fantastic value for money. Spoke to 2 sales ladies who were extremely helpful and gave me some good tips. Would definitely recommend. L Mitchell.

After searching for ages for a good product to use in my garden, I sent for the free samples from TGD & another well known seller. Ordered Friday morning and arrived on B/H Monday.The grass we chose was Tokyo and looks superb, and we are very happy. Big thanks to the delivery driver who helped get it through a gap in the hedge onto my back garden. Great product at a great price

Bought composite decking which is a great product, looks fantastic.

Fantastic quality product. Have used on my balcony. Very reasonable price. Staff are friendly and helpful - there was a slight delay in me receiving samples so they sent a new batch ASAP and expedited my order to make sure I got everything on time for my scheduled works date. Highly recommended (though the joining tape serves no purpose - don't bother buying that!).

As an absolute replica of the review by 'S' on 24th July, here's my experience with Tuda Grass (and Cheapgrass.co.uk.)

I ordered Majestic grass from Tuda Grass in 2018 which was duly delivered and installed. In 2020 I needed more of the same so found my original order emails and repeated the process. Somewhere along the line my order was completed by Cheapgrass.co.uk and not Tuda Grass (apparently the same company though).
I didn't get what I ordered. I got something superior.
I told Tuda Grass/Cheapgrass this through a series of emails and phone calls to be fobbed off with "different batch" blah blah repeatedly without acceptance of their error.
Eventually I got sent some more Majestic grass.
Only I didn't. I got something different again to both the 2018 and 2020 Majestic. This however was far inferior. After more emails and phone calls with Paul at Tuda Grass where he refused to allow me to contact anyone superior to him, they arranged to collect the 2 new rolls of whatever they'd thrown at me less than a month after my first order in 2020 after telling me they couldn't supply what I actually wanted despite it clearly being shown on sale on the website(s)
Imagine my surprise then when on collection day, the driver said he was DROPPING OFF some grass - I had absolutely no warning of this from the company further highlighting their appalling customer service (yeah, busy... clearly putting out fires caused by the shoddy customer service to other people) an lo and behold it was actually what I wanted and what apparently couldn't be provided!
Not a single word/call/email from Paul since I threatened the business with Trading Standards which included the delivery of this magically arrived grass so I've no idea which sofa they pulled this from down the back of.

Frankly I don't care either as I'm just pleased to be able to offer other potential customers my considered thoughts in balance to the weirdly only 5* reviews on their website.

As 'S' has said, get the samples and check carefully before you install any grass from these businesses as you'll get little or no support or apology from them once they've had your money.

Shame I am having to leave a Poor Review but I just need to WARN customers to check very carefully the order they receive. I ordered a good quality grass last year Washington and decided to order another piece this year, I ordered exactly what I ordered last year but when it came it was far superior to the grass I received last year which made me look at the grass I received last year. (Washington has now been removed or changed the name!) I trusted the company last year to send what I ordered but obviously they didn't they sent me a cheap grass and not the price I paid per m2 and the I know this because of the height measurement of the blades of grass. The one last year should have been 40mm but on measuring its not its only 30mm that is why the one I received a couple of weeks ago is correct as this is 40mm and is a far superior grass to the one I received last year, the backing is different the weave is not so tightly stitched so less grass per area.

If you read many of the descriptions on their website they are very similar for example the IBIZA @ £14.00/m2 for 30mm and the EMERALD @ £19/m2 40mm only difference being is the length of the grass , so you might think you receive the Emerald that you have paid more /m2 but you may receive the Ibiza at the £14/m2 so when you receive your grass just check the length you get is correct otherwise they have sent you the wrong order. Ask for samples too this way you can check you receive what you have ordered.

Also look at the reviews on theIr website all 5* I put this review on the website but they haven’t published it on there so why are there no 1* reviews on there???? they obviously don’t show all the unhappy customers so don’t believe they have no complaints they hide those!!!!

Grass is fantastic and my dogs are loving it.

I love our new grass, such an affordable way to transform the garden and no more mowing! We placed our order on Thursday evening and received the artificial turf on Monday, the prompt service is especially appreciated during these unusual times. Happy customers, thank you.

ordered 35 mm grass and fitter came and refused to fit as not dence enough will show join and said its 28mm and loads of loose grass where its falling out, not to mention I ordered two half the same and got one a lot shorter. Been conned and have just had to spend more money and buy more as this cheap nasty rubbish cannot be used. Can send pics if anyone wants to see and will take them to court if I dont get refunded as mis selling. so please dont buy from them, bought from grass warehouse as I have seen the grass the sell and its brilliant. you need to collect your grass and refund me please. pd where's your Facebook gone ? too many complaints ? its clear your website reviews are fake!!!
