Unclear information which led to a cancellation which eventually cost me £75 after I haggled from the £150 requested. I have used Cheapoair many times in the past but will never use them again. I understand as cheap o air have replied that there are terms and conditions. But this error was ten minutes old when I sought to rectify it. And again I was mislead into thinking that everything was ok. It was at my expense lol. I might add that the agents were very polite and we're sorry that they were unable to do anything for me because of company policy. Only the first agent was unclear in his exlaination of what was going to happen should I change the details of the erroneous flight. Once again this mistake was noticed the moment I printed off my flight details. I had booked a hire car also and needed two more days added because of the mixup. I paid 176.15 dollars deposit which I stood to lose had I cancelled. So I left it as it was and forfeited the extra days. I cannot understand how they can break policy and reduce my cancellation fee yet not wipe it out since I WAS a frequent flyer with them. So. Wearer of offers coming up after you put your desired dates in as the days may not. E what you require.

I have used Cheapoair a number of times for UK to USA roundtrip fares. I have always been impressed with the service. I just booked my next flight for September 2019. I was a bit frustrated for the first time ever. The booking process kept timing out on me as I was trying hard to make sure all my details were correct. With only a few seconds left I misspelled my first name Michael and put Micheal.
It cost an extra 40 Pounds Sterling Just to correct the error. I think that is excessive and not being sure whether that is an airline charge or a charge initiated by cheapoair, I'll leave it at that.

This is the second time we have used Cheapoair and we have always been pleased with their customer service. Everything is as we expected for our flights. We would highly recommend them.

Slight problem with booking form resolved immediately, and payment fraud check handled without concern

The prices that you show during booking are not the actual prices charged by the carriers !! Also you are not protecting your customers bidding behind airlines policies!!
You must tell your customers the real charges and all other costs that might added like the luggage, seats costs.
I was changed by WOW €227.38 extra for tax & services & have to pay some $116 for one carry on , one check in one !!!

Quick and efficient hassle free air tickets booking.

Having had a reasonably good experience with CheapoAir before, I ordered through them again for a trip to Ukraine. When later on checking out the flight and seat availability on the Lufthansa site I found out that I paid well over the price of normal economy (including full luggage) and even near the price of business class tickets for just Economy 'Light' tickets. An unpleasant surprise because this meant only 8 kg of carry on luggage and that for a two months stay.

In September winter comes fast in Ukraine and thus we had to buy additional clothing and shoes. Travelling back this caused problems once more because of course the carry ons weighed more than 8 kg.

Presents for the family we had to send per separate transport at an additional cost of 120 dollars. This would not have been necessary had the CheapoAir tickets been normal Economy tickets which they should have been considering the price we paid.

Changes to the tickets were impossible because economy 'Light' tickets are not changeable nor refundable. Thank you CheapoAir, we will never ever again use your services.

Today, one day after the above review, CheapoAir goes even more cheapo by reporting the review. They nag about multiple postings which is not really the case, it is because they themselves operate at different web-sites but are one business. People from the USA using CheapoAir.com have the same right to be informed about this enterprise as people looking for tickets at CheapoAir.co.uk. And thus I addressed the review at both the .com and .co.uk sites.

Then they nag about the lack of a booking number which I've already provided them with. The booking number shows that I booked the flight 2 months in advance. CheapoAir pretended at that moment that seats were running out and I should decide immediately. In reality there were seats available on these Lufthansa flights until departure.

The reason for this is that companies like CheapoAir reserve seats ahead of time at very low prices and when they tell you there soon will be no seats available it are these specific seats they're mostly talking about.

When you then look up the seat availablity at the air transport company's web-site you may find out that there are plenty of seats available of which several may be sold at better prices and do come with better rights to refunds and changeability of the respective tickets.

I booked some long haul flights with Chris who I found to be pleasant and helpful and easy to understand. There are 2 things that prevented me giving you 5*, one of the flights I saw was £9 lower than the one I booked but Chris said he couldn't find it so I thought it must have gone. However I saw that flight on your website the following day!! Also I told him I needed special assistance for my arthritic hip and he said he would get back to me but I haven't heard yet after 3 days of booking.

Very easy site to use . Choices of flights within a minute.

Used this website a few times, never had a problem

Good choice quick and easy no fuss and very price competitive.

Litterally fraudulent.

Advertised one price. Charged another. Charged us 4x the price displayed because secretly behind the scenes without updating the payment page they claimed a "flash sale" had ended.

Kept promising callbacks to deal with the issue and not calling back.

Refused to refund the fraudulent charge. Scam company. Don't touch them with a 10 foot pole. They will scam you.
