Although you can get good prices on this site, it can be problematic if you attempt to book on a Apple device as it as problems when adding Promo codes, and if like me you end up booking on your mobile be careful when making your booking because any mistakes incurs a cost even if requested during the supposedly 4 hour cooling off period.

The system would not accept my date of birth!
The system would not accept my date of birth. This was extremely unhelpful at a stressful time when there were only 3 seats left & I had to book for myself and my husband. I had to enter 1955 instead of my true year of 1954. When I called CheapoAir I was told he cannot do anything and was referred to call the Airline (EuroWings). I then wasted 20 minutes late at night waiting for no answer. I had to call EuroWings the next day spending more time in the queue to be answered the next day. NOT happy!!!

Rude
I booked a flight, and I did not know that I have a small issue with my card. And because I was not able to make the payment, I received a call immediately from the company asking me to make the payment, which I did the next day after I called my Bank. However, during the night- in the middle of the night- I have received two more phone calls from the company telling me to make the payment. This is an insulting behavior! I have never in my life encountered such rude and impolite behavior. Sad
