Waste of time
I was expecting to see the material ready (the website says 48 hours) but what I had two days later was an email saying they have lost my artwork, without even apologizing.
I have spent more than an hour building the artwork using the website and it got lost without any feedback. They know the website doesn't work and still, they keep it online letting users waste their time.

The design tool not saving designs correctly does not mean we should as you put it:
"You should be ashamed and take down your website because it is fake "
As a Software engineer who teaches people how to code I'm sure you come across software that sometimes has a bad bit of code?

I'm very sorry you are not happy with the roller banner prints.
I have just checked the artwork over that you sent and can see the whole artwork is very good quality apart from the logo. The logo looks very pixilated with a white line around some of the edges.
If you send the roller banners back to us and send some new artwork with the logo higher quality, I will arrange a reprint FOC.

The service is absolutely terrible!!
The service is absolutely terrible!!
My banner arrived not printed correctly and tried to say the font was embedded on the artwork which is was not it was sent correctly as directed on the website. I even put a note on my order if they had any issues regarding printing to contact me THEY DID NOT!
They then expect me to pay to return the item for a reprint that they messed up on, disgraceful.
Will not be using this company ever again and will 1000% NOT recommend to anyone.

As stated in our artwork guide you should outline the fonts if you are sending print ready artwork. You being a print and embroidery company should already know this but choose to shift the blame to us. I did offer you a reprint free of charge if you sent the banner back to us.
