Effortless booking and really no extra charge for some certain cards
I had horrible experience with Cheaptickets. I can simply say cheaptickets with cheap service. Book at your own risk. Better is even though you pay little higher price book directly through airline or reliable partners but not with this site.
I booked flight through them due to an emergency and realised it was wrong date. Within 5 mins I have requested their customer care service (Live chat) to cancel it. He says he cant cancel it and sent to some one at the back end team. That team even though marked as URGENT responded after 24 hours stating that given that it is being cancelled within 24 hours we can cancel it, however, Cheap tickets charge is $180 per person. It was genuinely a mistake and if it was cancelled within 5 mins and tried to speak to agents, the team should understand that it was due to some error.
Team intentionally delays their response so that they can keep all the funds themselves citing the reason as delay in cancellation confirmation.
Its been 2 days and they still did not cancel when I have raised to cancel within 5 mins. Team now says it was non-refundable ticket, however, did ask team to cancel within5 mins. There should be some consideration.
This is where the customer experience took a dent. the team acts smart to keep the money. So, if you think that you dont care about the money then go ahead and book.Else, refrain. The customer service sucks and really bad. I have all the evidence about this service.
My experience was really bad and would never book a flight through cheaptickets anymore. My luggage could not be booked and the customer support just asked me to book luggage directly from the airline.

I wouldn’t even give a single star if I had the choice, but it’s required to leave a review. Firstly, we went to their websites to see contact but there wasn’t any respond, after a few days we emailed them and took long time for their reply. So we went to emailed the airline itself and realise we can only look for Cheapticket to make changes. So we emailed to change our flight date and discovered that Cheapticket was charging far more than the airline itself. We reached out for an explanation, but instead of a proper response, they asked us to contact the airline for an official email that needed to include the airline’s logo—completely ridiculous since we had already attached a screenshot and a video of the whole conversation of the airline’s email.
To avoid being overcharged by Cheapticket, we followed their unreasonable request, contacted the airline, and sent them exactly what they asked for. And guess what? They waited a full day to respond, which left us unable to change our flight since the departure was just hours away. Now, we’re stuck in a situation where any further changes fall under the no-show policy, which comes with an exorbitant fee.
It’s clear that Cheapticket overcharges customers and avoids sticking to the original pricing with comes to changes. Absolutely unacceptable. I’ll never use Cheapticket ever again.

terrible service. that's call cheap thing no good. I have booked the flight on 4/9 and request to cancel on the sameday, when is lesser than 5 hours.
The cheap company was collecting penalty fees $138 + no refund to the seat purchased done in the morning.
During cancellation request process, have been checking with 2 officers online but none of them was informing there is admin fees collection and any other extra charges. Feel like being cheated by this cheap company. very dissapointed and hopefully other to check and screen shot their reply if there is any cancellation or changes made after the booking. very lousy service. pls think twice before proceed your booking with this company
I believe I purchase atleat a few hundred tickets for my employees. Always a good experience.

The ease of booking tickets. Great options for flights at reasonable prices. Also great customer service available.
My return flight was cancelled by the airline and Cheaptickets was unable to book me on an earlier flight claiming the flights were full, or give me any other options. I had to call the airline and book a return flight( the same flight that Cheaptickets claimed was fully booked!) They then refused to cancel my original return flight until I complete the first leg of my flight. I regret booking my tickets through them. They seem to be clueless about the concept
