Alan Brown resolved our issue swiftly and professionally thank you for that. The reason for the 3 stars is to do with the calls the day before and the process. We used the company to get tickets and paid but then the company needed to verify the card holder which I understand. The gentleman that called was getting very frustrated that we could not verify the card holder and the extra pence that we were not aware we had paid, which means the extra pence was not on the receipt, so the receipt was incorrect. We had a right merry go round with this process, I don't think this was really the companies fault or the guys fault who called but it was frustrating and I'm afraid I won't use this company again and we book quite a few flights.

Tyler was very helpful and pacient to explain all details
I've been kindly contacted by Tyler to inform about a flight change. He called me back to confirm and verify payment and passengers info. I was asked to call back, I understand this is meant to confirm I'm 100% aligned with the purchase, but I would recommend to the company to do this on a secure but on-line automated flow since the phone call quality is not always great and can create confusion. Specially for non-native english speakers as I am.
