REFUSING MY REFUND FOR OVER A YEAR NOW!
STILL NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!
We booked our Flights to South Africa in Feb 2020, these were cancelled due to Covid-19 in October 2020. I have been contacting both the @co.uk and the @com support to get any assistance on my full refund as per UK Law. After over 60 emails some confirming that the airlines have already refunded the Agent I am still waiting for my money.
I have telephoned them over 20 times already, both UK and US teams, requesting my refund only to be told that a supervisor or the Refund team will contact me back, this NEVER happens.
Is this a Fraudulent company?
Do they even exist?
Are they just scammers?
PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY…
