These clowns are now trading under the name 'Low Cost Smokes'! I received an email from them under Cheap Tobacco Club, so I emailed and asked them if they were going to honour my purchase from November 2022 - that was a week ago and I have heard anything back. You've been warned - STAY AWAY from 'Low Cost Smokes' - they may seem like a good bargain but it appears they suck you in for a year or two, steal your cash, close down then reopen under a different name!!!

Had really good service ordered countless times without issues but made an order 14/11/22 and never received my order
WhatsApp and emails sent with no response … now I received an email from them with an order page under a new name “low cost smokes” not a chance will I be chancing that!

Like others have mentioned, they have now set up a new site.."cheap-tobacco-club" and " Low cost smokes".

Still waiting for my £160 order, until then I don't want anyone else to suffer the misfortune of potentially losing money.

I will gladly provide update if I do get it.

CTC as done me for £170!!! But suddenly today 03/05/23 had a email sent to me from cheap tobacco club! Now Renamed LOW COST SMOKES!! i have sent an email back to find out if it's the same gang and wether they are going to honour my last order!!!! so far no answer!!!! not that i expected one!!! SO PEOPLE BE WARNED AND CAREFUL!! let everyone you know that as been done

Finally they have got shut down but have opened again under a new name, probably still don't honour insurance!! Was once great and then turned south as soon as something went wrong, I would still avoid!!

Shame about this, always had my deliveries and nothing ever stopped by hmrc. Now there is no website and no contact, stand to lose £160.

Update! There website has now been taken down so at least no one else can be scammed! This may either mean that they’re creating a new website due to all the issues they’ve had and will do what they said they would and honour all orders that haven’t been received… or they’ve properly done a runner!

It seems there is a long list of unhappy customers... I have had the same experience of placing an order and not receiving either the goods or my money returned. Repeated attempts of contact through whatsapp and email have been ignored.

Dear Mark, we were shut down, we have now sorted issues, and are getting back up and running with a new delivery method, all previous orders placed that have not been dispatched will be honoured in the coming weeks.

Similar story. Used them quite a few times and all was fine. Placed a large order in early December and never received it. All attempts to contact them using WhatsUp fail. Before the contact person was Pedro. More recently - Isabella. Please be aware this is likely to be fraud who lure you in by sending a few orders and when they build a sizeable client base, they defraud them all at the same time and leave with the money

Unfortunately, after a couple of years of great customer service and delivery, my last order in December was accepted by CTC and my money taken but the order has not been dispatched and they are not responding to WhatsApp messages or emails, in fact the email addresses I have are now bouncing back my messages. I'm very disappointed but I still hold out hope they may honour my order in the near future.

lots of bs excuses do not use its a scam.

So these bandits have done it again fled with a lot of customers money they saying that there fcbk page was removed regardless of that they should still have met the orders instead choose to tell lies time and time again i for one have learned a hard lesson DO NOT USE CHEAP TOBACCO CLUB EVER AGAIN THEIVES AND LIARS

They take your money, £150 in my case. Don't send tracking details or receipt, checked with the bank. They definitely received it. They randomly answer after weeks of asking what is going on, then do nothing they promised to do. They don't reply, their FB page was shut down - must be a reason for that. Don't give them money, must be the only co. that can take peoples money, ignore them and get away with it. I think the word for that is theft. If an individual did it, we would be pulled up, CTC do it, get away with it. Run for the hills . . . .

same here .. ordered £160 worth in Jan and not heard anything back fro them at all.

no replies on whatsapp or anything .. lost my money on this occasion.

Like many of you I've used CTC for some time and not had any problems with orders until now.
Place my order on 11th Jan and paid right away via bank transfer.
Didn't receive any delivery notice so contacted them via ema and WhatsApp.
Heard nothing until recently they replied telling me to be patient my order will be delivered.
This is just there way of rubbing more salt into the wounds, basically taking the p#ss.
People who are finding themselves in the same position MUST write there review on these scammers so they have a total negative rating on here.
I know a lot have you have been scammed by these crooks like myself. If anyone is considering a purchase from CTC then do so at the risk of having these thieves taking your money.

I used to order from this website every 2 months. I made an order on 28-December and have not heard anything if my parcel was shipped or anything. The payment was confirmed via text but nothing was ever sent. 2 months later I have sent many emails in the mean time with time stamps of when the money was sent and still waiting nearly 2 weeks for a reply. I spent a lot of money I don't have and quite upset with the service on this occasion.

Anyone else been robbed lately by these crooks? I'm down £170. Stolen by CTC. Crooks at the highest level. Stay clear!!
