This company is out to take your money and send you nothing.
They pretend to be friendly until they have your money then become nasty!!!
The insurance you pay for is none existent and customer service is disgusting and insulting.
They take your money and randomly don't dispatch your goods.
All together they owe in excess of £130.
Disgusting.
Do not trust them.
They need closing down because they know what they are doing is illegal.
