I brought 2 wardrobes from this company, the driver was friendly and helpful helpful told me how to store the boxes untill I was ready to assemble them, he also checked the mirrors on doors to make sure there was no breakages, will definitely buy from this company again

We were due for delivery of our extra large sliding wardrobe .
I was contacted by the delivery driver ‘Rado’ every step of the way on my item.
He was extremely polite, courteous and worked extremely hard to avoid any disappointment on the item delivery .
It must of been difficult to find our property with it getting later, but this did not deter him from getting it to us on time.
I would highly recommend this driver a very kind and considerate man
Looking forward to our next delivery with CHECO in future

Everything went as it should. The driver was very nice and helpful.

I recently purchased a sliding door wardrobe from this company and have been deeply disappointed by both the quality of the item and the level of customer service provided. Despite my efforts to resolve the issues, the company was uninterested in providing any meaningful assistance.

Firstly, the product itself was far below the expected quality. The door was unable to shut properly due to a significant gap at the top, making it clear that the parts provided were incorrect. This was not only my observation but also the consensus among three different tradesmen who attempted to assemble it. Their unanimous feedback was that the parts were not suitable for the intended setup, yet the company disregarded this professional advice.

Additionally, the package arrived with a broken mirror, further demonstrating the lack of care in handling and quality assurance. When I reached out to customer service to address these issues, I was met with a lack of concern and assistance. Despite providing clear evidence of the product's defects and the unanimous agreement from multiple tradesmen about the incorrect parts, the company showed no interest in rectifying the situation.

The customer service experience was incredibly disappointing. My attempts to consult with the company and find a resolution were met with indifference, making it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them.

Given my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. The poor product quality, combined with their unwillingness to address or acknowledge the issues, suggests a lack of reliability and respect for customers. Please consider looking elsewhere for your needs to avoid the frustration and inconvenience I experienced.

The mirror was chipped and o ly seen after taking the "protection " layer, several panels were chipped, no holes to in the panels to put the rollers, the doors won't stay aligned, we tried everything tried to speak with Checo done what they said still no solution we have a wardrobe that's basically half functional. Checo don't respond anymore, last email sent on 04/04 so will need to deal with my bank.

Rado was so helpful and polite. Delivery was very fast and on time. I highly recommend it.

Small problem with damaged wardrobe backs but replacements provided promptly. Would buy again.

Wardrobe great quality and looks great in the new room!
Some of the instructions can be a little difficult to follow, but you will be able to do it if you've done flat pack before. Delivery was fast and package delivered securely. It is heavy so be prepared to have 2 people carry it and for some parts of the assembly.

Chuffed with the quality for the price and will be recommending to family and friends. Thanks again!

First time ordering from Checo, 2 door sliding wardrobe with Mirrors.
Easy to order, quick to deliver, driver was lovely.
Instructions were limited but between my husband and myself we managed to figure the diagrams out, took our time and for £329.00 the product is perfect for our needs.
Would recommend Checo.

This is my 3rd wardrobe because I have been very impressed with the design and quality of them also the ease to build communication from them was great the delivery driver was first class with helping me get the boxes indoors would certainly recommend them

Well, after buying bunkbeds and realising I made a mistake in the size , I had to send the heavy boxes back.
Took a while(coz I didn't supply correct data on the order) but eventually got there with the great help of Holly.(customer service)
She went above and beyond to help me. Absolute credit to your company..made it so easy...called me when she said(which is rare these days)
Holly was polite, informative and extremely helpful and really made me feel at ease..
Whatever training this lady had absolutely brilliant.. I can't thank her enough for easing my plight through to the refund..

They couldn’t deliver to my second floor, so I had to return because it was impossible to carry it by myself upstairs

I may review this again once my complaint has been dealt with and it will depend on the outcome of the complaint. (See bottom for an update as of today (28th Nov).
I purchased the F35 white gloss and mirror wardrobe.
Firstly the instructions are shambolic and nothing is labelled. I hired two handy persons to help me assemble it due to the weight and they both commented how poor the instructions were.
Secondly, once we started putting things together it was apparent we had some pieces of wood that were not straight or square, the wood had bowed.
Thirdly, the blue protective film has not come off in one piece and it has left residue and tarnishing all over the door. I have tried to get it off but nothing is shifting it. I have contacted Checo and asked for a replacement door. They have responded and they are waiting confirmation from their supplier.

Further update - All of the issues I experienced have been resolved. The customer service has been second to none and I must mention Holly who has helped me considerably and with professionalism.
I now have a beautiful wardrobe that I am very proud of and it looks lovely in my newly refurbished bedroom.

Strongly recommend this company. The wardrobe I ordered was exactly as described and with great value for money. The delivery was quick and the driver very polite. Definitely I'll look at buying there again.
