Order came super quick. Issue with the sizing of one of the bed pads but sorted really quickly. Bed pad itself is excellent and saving on needing to change and entire bed in the middle of the night.

Great communication from customer services! I ordered some washable incontinence pants and they’re great! So soft, no leaks and because of the hook and eye openings, they’re so easy to change!

Order arrived in a timely manner. Product great, very reliable. My daughter felt confident wearing the bikini briefs and liked the look of them. It made her holiday, being able to dip in the pool without any worries.

Ive been wasting a huge amount of money on disposable 'Tena lady' products, and have had a reaction to the gel in these products- how embarrassing, and uncomfortable.

Therefore, I have changed completly to Cheeky wipes for mild incontinence reusable pads - very comfy, easy to attach and undo (even with arthritic hands) and no nasty reaction!
I have also changed to bambo wipes, and stopped using diposable baby wipes!
I'm delighted with everything, thank you for the promt dispatch times,( but Royal Mail isn't as efficient).
Laundering isn't a problem, and you don't need to use a special seperate wash.
I have bought the Pink mucky wipes box, but I can't find the Pink fresh wipes box- which I would like for the intimate " tickled pink"wipes- what a fantastic quirky design, it makes me smile.

I wanted to give cheeky pants a go since I had heard such good things. I guess it was a mediocre experience with a satisfactory product - lots of room for improvement though!
Firstly there were quite a lot of glitches in their system. I didn’t get an order confirmation and had to send an email to customer service to receive this (apparently there was some sort of tech issue).
There was no measurement based sizing guide for their period pants or reusable pads. I ended up ordering pants I thought would be a bit too big but ended up being much too small and had to send them back. A size guide for period pants with body measurements would be beneficial to avoid this. I would also have appreciated a period pad size comparison (even an AI generated image) to know which size is best to get. Maybe this exists but I didn’t see it when I was shopping on the site.
The return system was really confusing too. There was nothing helpful on the order confirmation so I went online and saw an online return form that I filled out. I never received anything from that and subsequently emailed customer service a week later. They said that I was just to package up and do the return myself (no prepayed return which I didn’t know about). The return cost more than £4 (which is quite a lot) and was stressful as it is a small return window and I already wasted a week waiting on the online form to come back with return instructions (sigh).
The period pads are okay, already some red/bleached staining after 2 uses which is a bit disappointing since I followed the washing care instructions to a T.
I’ll maybe return if these issues get sorted, hopefully they do and I can leave a more positive review :)

Great bikini bottoms for my teenage daughter - gave her total confidence on holiday to swim without anyone knowing she had her period.

The products are really good, and do what I need which is to catch the odd incontinence leak. The variety of styles is good and would cover most people's preferences. My only disappointment was that I was looking for light coloured underwear to go under summer clothes but there was only one option and not my usual style, this maybe because they had sold out in the other styles. This time I also bought some wipes to try as general use but haven't really put them to use yet. As usual the items arrived in good time.

I had used cheeky wipes before and knew how good they were. There's a lot to choose from , but I was able to find the right ones for me quite simply. It was easy to buy and delivered quickly. These products are of great quality!
Why not 5 stars?: quite a few things were sold out on the website, the previous brightly coloured wipes I'd hoped to buy we're not available.

I was really impressed with the fit and absorbancy of the pants

The size of the product i got it on the large side - and the actual weight any thickness of the pants is down played. So when worn they are not secure fitting & feel like they sag even when completely dry.
Im left feeling very disappointed
