One More Satisfied Customer!
I purchased a unit in Feb, 2026 but it stopped working after two uses. I reached out to Chefpreserve via email. They apologized and immediately sent me a replacement unit as I did not want a refund. Chefpreserve also sent complimentary glass containers for the inconvenience. Now I am TOTALLY pleased with the unit and Chefpreserve. They were so nice, apologetic and did not hesitate to remedy the situation. And I love the effectiveness of the unit and how it really preserves the freshness of my vegetables and frozen food. fabulous product and it really works
I love this product and am a little lost without it since it quit working recently. The thing is that they are standing by their 2 year warranty and will be sending me a new one...thank goodness. I love this product and would highly recommend to everyone.

Customer service is bad, I ordered something i already have, so I needed to send it back, so they said they will send me a return label, I waited 3 days and decided to reach out to them, they emailed me back saying send them a video which make no sense to me because nothing was missing or broken, it was in the same bag and box it came in, why did they lead me on, just be honest and straight forward

I love this product
I love this product. It is so easy to use. No more machines and bags that you have to cut for the right size. I love that the bags come in different sizes that are some easy to use. To me it is the best thing since sliced bread.
No customer service, can’t get money back
We ordered one for Christmas directly from the company and it never arrived as promised. We ordered another from Amazon and it arrived before Christmas and it was given as a gift. The original one arrived well after Christmas and we’ve been fighting with this company to get a refund for this unused, unopened product since early January. We have proof of return to the company and have all the receipts confirming the return. The company won’t issue a refund as promised, even after jumping through all of their hoops for a complicated return shipment. There’s no phone number to call. Now they’ve completely stopped answering our emails, which were all AI generated. What kind of scam is this?

They immediately canceled and issued a full refund back to my credit card. They could teach corporate classes on customer service. Bags don’t stay sealed after only 1 use & 1 hand washing! I put them in the dishwasher because they said that was doable…DON’T DO IT! It ruins the seal completely! I put fresh vegetables in them & put in refrigerator….seal breaks every time! What junk! Don’t make the same mistake I made. Keep your hard earned money!💴

This is a great concept and I would have loved it if it would have been effective across the board. Like others have said when you get the air out and seal the bag it only takes a day or two for it to leak. But the bigger issue for me was, you cannot put anything in these bags that is soft such as soup or chili Etc, because it sucks right through the hole when you put the machine on it.
SCAM
Sealer was supposed to arrive in 3 days but 16 days and no package. I ordered 2 sealers at $79. each (with 30 bags) but my card was charged $251.84. I tried to contact them several times but got no response. PURE SCAM!

Terrible product, the vacuum sealer DOES NOT WORK. Your food rottens in three days, the seal does not hold and the bags stink after one use even after washing them. Not as advertised
Like others, I waited a long time for my product. I wasn't upset about that, as it was the holidays and this looked like a great item to give as a gift. My complaint is its performance. It works NOTHING like shown in the advertisement. I was sure to read the directions, followed all the Do's and Don'ts and even had someone else give it a try. It didn't work AT ALL. I'm grateful I didn't order any additional bags or containers. I will be requesting a refund.
Incomplete Delivery. Issue Not Resolved.
The vacuum and bags appear to work as described in the first month. However, I also ordered two set of three glass containers; only one glass container was delivered. Customer Service was ineffective in resolving my issue. Fortunately, PayPal stepped up and offered a partial credit refund.
