What’s wrong with this company.
They don’t answer calls or emails
They have had payment for 2 sofas and still waiting for them to deliver them just cannot get to speak to anyone at all about it.
It’s so wrong how you are treating people wouldn’t rate them at all looks like I’m getting ripped off. So I wouldn’t recommend at all .

Very disappointed got sofa last year less 4 week seats going out shape

Was told replace cushions in december, now febraury still not got. There now ignoring my emails asking where the replacement is. Ud expect nearly 2000 sofa to last longer than month! By reviews on google theres lots of other unsatisfied customers and fhere fb reviews turned off i assume loads ppl not happy. There sofa are not worth money.

I am really happy with my sofa it's comfy and thick and the material is lovely and the style of it they told me it would be ready and delivered before Xmas and they did it would recommend to buy a sofa frm this company.

Love this company, got my sofa with them 3 years ago and ids still in grest condition. I have just ordered some food stools to go with the sofa that i cant wait to arrive :) they are very friendly and helpful on the phone and with messages.

Replacement cushions

Absolutely in love with my new Caledonia sofas in Mink. I didn't pay extra to have the softer seat option and they are VERY firm but as they will be used for formal seating that's what I wanted. The delivery men were excellent too. Shoes off at the door, polite, friendly and very thorough. Could not fault the whole experience from start to finish. Thank you.

Very efficient process. Made it very comforting that there was no delay in communication at any time.

From choosing our furniture whether it be our couches or swivel chair it felt like nothing was too much trouble, in fact I would say Chelsea furnishing couldn’t do enough for us. We chose 2 couches and a swivel chair in 2 different colours and they look and feel fantastic, the build quality is excellent. I genuinely would recommend Chelsea furnishing

Our suite was made to measure and was ready on time. We were given a 28 day turn around date and Chelsea Furnishings made it.
The suite was delivered on time and the couriers fitted the legs, completing the suite.
I had read some negative reviews online, however, i have seen nothing negative about the company and couldnt speak for other customers.
Our suite is lovely and as i said before was made to measure to our specifications....I have no hesitation in recommending Chelsea Furnishings to other prospective purchasers.

On this occasion the delivery side let them down being very late and having had to take time off work wasnt good
