This studio is amazing. Communication was excellent and they made sure I got exactly what I asked for. The quality of the item (the AF-50 Noxious Ranger helmet) was amazing; it even survived atmospheric reentry twice!

Had a Hatsune Miku figure made for my daughter and it was awesome! She loves it! Great workmanship and very professional. They kept in constant contact with me through the process. I’ll definitely have more made!

Bought visors for my 3D printed helmets all came well packed and were well made

First off, I want to emphasize that this is truly what one would call a "mom and pops" shop. Despite the online barriers the modern day has evolved over the years, the personal interest and care Mediocre Studios contributed were far beyond my expectations. I ordered an ODST armor set with specific (in hindsight outlandish) requirements. They communicated their limitations and provided multiple alternative options to reach the finish I was seeking to achieve. They were also very eager and relaxed to work around my schedule/wants resulting in an overwhelming satisfying experience.

When i received my package, it was meticulously handled, and I may have had too much fun throwing around the copious amount of packing peanuts. The armor set, highlighted by the attention-to-detail, sat comfortably around my measurements. Looking at myself donned with the full armor set made me truly appreciated the craftsmanship that made a simple 3D printed piece transform into a realistic work of art. Further, I enjoyed the compliments I received from the last convention despite me not making a single piece!

I say all this to emphasize the folks at Mediocre Studios truly cared for my purchase and delivered a quality product. In a sense, the personalization and friendly conversations between myself and the team evoked a couture/exclusive adventure. If you truly want to dazzle the crowd at your next convention or impress your fan base on TikTok, then Chris and Tara are your go-to at Mediocre Studios. If you don' believe me, then I guess you'll have to find out for yourself!

I had ordered the ‘Savior of the Free’ Helldivers 2 cosplay helmet a bit ago. Let’s skip the intricacies of a decision to cancel the order and say, though I had cancelled my order and didn’t receive the item, I have seen the handiwork from the website, and galleries. It looks very impressive and worth the price and wait.
The communication between myself and the team was nothing short of stellar. It felt like talking to an old friend, rather than a customer service representative. I have a refund, and I sincerely have hopes of returning on the near future to nab a Warhammer 40k helmet and maybe some Miniatures, who knows?
It’s rare to find people who have more passion than a desire to just make a quick buck, and these individuals are solid, helpful and honest in their efforts to make passions become reality.

Genuinely a fantastic experience. Their Painter kept me updated with progress photos weekly. If there was any downside it was there turn around for delivery (65 days). But, I'll say this, once helmet arrived I was blow away by the level of detail and incredible paint job. It fit perfectly too, it wasn't too large like other helmets I bought on Etsy.
