I used the Little Removals Company at short notice to transport items into storage. They could not have been more helpful. I was hugely impressed with the service from the over phone support and invoicing to the team of five men on the ground. They were efficient, cheerful, helpful and incredibly diligent with my belongings. I could not recommend them highly enough.

I was a little nervous as my move was being done in a day with one day for the packers to get packed. And the lady in the office could have been more helpful as she wouldn’t let any boxes be collected or delivered before the move. But I have to say the guys were just incredible. Couldn’t have wished for a better service. I’ve moved house a fair few times and this was by far the best. The guys on the day really needed more than five stars.

Excellent and flexible service from start to finish. Good value, efficient and professional. Communication was outstanding. Really couldn’t fault the service or the staff.

In all my life I have never experienced such toxicity and rudeness from a service company. I see that there are plenty of good reviews for this company although the member of staff that I was sent had a very bad attitude. If you use this company, I would hope like hell that they do not send the guy we got.
On arrival my partner asked for the van to be reversed a few meters so that she could get her car out, he flatly refused to do so even though he had not started loading. He finally did so after being asked a third time. We booked three people for 6 hours to complete our move and retrieve some stuff from storage very close by. Only two people turned up and the driver angrily informed me that he would only work for 5 hours and that he will only move the larger items and that I would have to move everything else myself. After speaking to the office he agreed to work 6 hours but from then on, he had the most awful attitude, shouting at me and being rude and confrontational. He clearly did not want to do the job. Having not sent enough people as arranged, there was no way they were going to load the van in the time that they had so I had to help load the van. This is not why I was paying a removal company and loading the truck took a physical toll on me. The other guy they send was friendly, polite and worked twice as hard as the driver.
At the end the driver shouted at me "next time fill the form in correctly" and drove off. I have clear email conversations confirming what was agreed. The stuff in storage never got moved as agreed. I contacted this company afterwards but they have given me no response other than 'we will investigate' but nothing from them after a week. They have only refunded me £60 for the missing man after they took £510.
The whole thing was shockingly bad because of this awful member of staff.

I've used The Little Removals Company twice now over the past few years and both times have been very pleased with the service. They are friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. The movers that helped me went above and beyond to make my move stress-free and to help settle me into my new home. The admin team are also very friendly, helpful and good at communicating. Nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future!

Just wanted to say my move Tuesday was so smooth and quick, the guys were super friendly, polite, respectful and mega quick.
I was anxious about the move, but their jolly personalities set a relaxed tone for the day.

Although a little late on the day due to traffic the guys were efficient and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had them booked for 5 hours and they were finished in 3 hours!
They took the stress away from the day and we were very pleased to have used them, thank you to the Little Removals company for a very professional service.

Brilliant service. Good price and great contact with the office along the way. Come removal day, the team were so efficient. Moving the contents of a two bed house to a second floor apartment with no lift was no problem for them. It was a short distance move and all completed in about 2 hours. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this small family run business.

I had 2 flights of stairs and my most precious items were my boxes of records. Stu and his team worked happily! Smiles on their faces, didn't complain once, just got on with it. Such a smooth, fantastic experience! Xxx

very helpful team, took care and worked hard

Very friendly, personable and efficient removal company. The guys turned up on time and carried out what I can only describe as a marvellous game of Tetris, fitting the entire contents of our 2 bedroom house into 1 van! Everything was looked after properly and nothing too much trouble for them. Even our heavy piano through a tiny gap! Very highly recommend. If you have come this far, look no further! They both packed and moved me. The same guys who packed for me also moved me. They were on time, courteous, clean, kind and respectful. Nothing was damaged or broken. I highly recommend them.

Stuart and his colleagues were excellent - professional, helpful and efficient. Loaded up in 1 hour, unloaded in 45 minutes, nothing was too much trouble and they cleaned up after themselves. Best local removal company we have ever used. Would highly recommend.
