Delighted with my order. Ordered during weekend and received it Tuesday afternoon. Product (Floradix) was 50% cheaper than in the health shop I regularly buy from.

Here at Chemco Pharmacy, I found the product I was looking for at the best price. It said free delivery, although that didn't happen, but it still undercut the rest even with paid delivery. After I paid, I thought, "I don't know these guys; I better check the reviews." When I opened up Trust Pilot and saw a rather low-ish score, one comment in particular related to a long wait, I thought, "Oh no! What have I done?"
Well, I guess they must have just been unlucky because, less than 48 hours later, on a Saturday no less, the package arrived on my doorstep following a series of email, tracking updates from Chemco and DPD.
SO, thank you very much - all good, happy :)

I have made a few purchases with chemo online and have always found them extraordinarily helpful and attentive parcels always on time. I would 100% recommend Chemco Pharmacy.

Absolutely abysmal service. Would not recommend their online orders to anybody! I placed a large order over two weeks ago (needed before today, as I'm going on holidays).
The order has yet to be dispatched and I got a couple of replies from their customer service representative who said she would "look into it" but never once bothered to update me, or even try to push for the item to be dispatched.
I've had to rebuy everything in a different store and no longer need my order, but I can imagine what a disaster the refund process is.

Ordered some basic items. Almost 2 weeks later had not received items. I had to contact customer service who replied 2 days later items have not been sent yet.

I am super impressed by the service that I have received from Chemco - I did see a previous negative review here and panicked - but there was no need as this company goes above and beyond and their prices are amazing. I will definitely order again. Thank you Team Chemco!

I was delighted when I found on the Chemco website a Dermalogica set that had sold out everywhere else. It was also heavily discounted, which was an added bonus. I placed my order - my first with Chemco - on the morning of 7 August and awaited the next day delivery which they guarantee for all orders placed before 3pm. I immediately received order confirmation email but since then (I am writing this 6 days later) the silence has been deafening. They did not even have the courtesy to inform me that the item they accepted a payment for is not in stock and that they are unsure whether they will be able to restock it. I found that out by contacting the Customer Service myself. Left to their own devices, it seems they would have been quite happy to just leave me hanging. Naturally, I have now requested a full refund. The item - Dermalogica foliant collection - is still displayed on the website as available to order even though this is blatantly inaccurate.
*UPDATE*
There was no reply to my email request for a refund and they seem to be permanently offline on their website chat so as a last ditch attempt I decided to call. There was no answer there either but, fortunately, I received a callback almost immediately despite not leaving a voice message and my refund was issued as we were speaking.

Very happy. Ordered Clarins products at a good discount. They arrived promptly with 5 samples.
Definitely would use again.
