Excellent customer service from the moment I arrived to test drive a car to the delivery of my car to my house. Aston was courteous, friendly and not at all pushy and allowed me time to test drive my car, answered all questions I had and gave me time and space to just make my decision about buying the car. There was no persuasion, hard sell or any making me feel I needed to rush. I felt extremely comfortable and happy the entire time I was at the dealership.

I bought a 18 please Ford Grand C-Max in June 23 and the buying experience straight forward and informative. I received a 3 month warranty with the car which turned out to be very useful. Within the 3 month warranty period the engine management light came on, so i called Chequers and spoke with Ed Leonard who was very knowledgeable with the error code and was very helpful in sorting this. I got the local Ford garage to run diagnostics and fix the problem. Ed liaised with the garage and paid directly for the work completed and made me feel they really cared that my car was fixed and i was happy. Buy from Chequers with confidence.

Rolled up on the Monday, having done some research. I had certain criteria to fulfil. Went for a test drive (thank you James for being the chauffeur) and took the plunge. Very pleased with my purchase. Local company which helps. James delivered my car to the office where I work very early a couple of days later. Fab service.

Lovely family run business, nothing was too much trouble, all the gentleman that I saw were polite helpful and answered all my questions.
When I arrived to purchase my car it hadn’t been valeted, so James said it would be done and delivered to my door the following morning and it was.
My old car was dealt with, they sorted out the tax on the new car and cancelled on my old car.
