I recently purchased an Audi RS3 from Automotive Addiction and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish.

The first thing that stood out was the preparation and presentation of the car. The attention to detail was exceptional — the vehicle was absolutely immaculate on collection day and clearly prepared to a very high standard. It genuinely felt like a special handover experience rather than simply collecting a used car. Every detail had been taken care of and it reflected real pride in what they do.

Communication throughout the process was also excellent. Responses were prompt, transparent and professional, and at no point did I feel pressured. The whole experience felt straightforward, honest and customer-focused, which is increasingly rare when buying performance cars.

What also gave me real confidence was the provenance and quality of the vehicle itself. The car was exactly as described, with a clear sense that Automotive Addiction are selective about the stock they offer. For a car like an RS3, where history, condition and previous ownership matter hugely, that reassurance goes a long way.

Overall, a genuinely first-class buying experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Automotive Addiction to anyone looking for a quality performance car.

As a longstanding Audi driver was looking for a replacement, I was very particular in the spec and colour combination I wanted.

Been on the net for over a month looking for a Audi S6 Avant facelift model, I saw a car that had just been advertised on Autotrader by Automotive Addiction then went onto their website which was good and informative.

I called and spoke to Dhyllan about this car and it was between this car and a similar car with Adi main dealer, we spoke at length about the car and spec and we ended up closing a deal.
As I sold my current car I said to Dhyllan that I can over tomorrow to collect the car and Dhyllan unfortunately we don’t work like majority of garages as we are Bespoke Dealers as his back ground is car detailing he would 3 to 4 days to prepare the car and paint correction.

Ok I though its going to get a good clean I was wrong throughout the process I was updated with picture the car was truly detailed the car on the ramp wheels off the full business now I understand why they are bespoke.

I was asked if wanted a professional ceramic coating no pushy sales at all I opted for this and it was a good decision.

I am about 120 miles away and they car delivered. I must say Dyllan and his team at Automotive Addiction are great and very professional

I would highly recommend these guys anytime.

After selling a PFL RS3 to AA a few years ago I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a gem of an RS3 FL from Dhyllan and the team. What can I say the service is second to none these guys know the cars inside out, every visual detail is inspected to ensure it is in perfect condition. Mechanically the team went above and beyond to ensure the car was sound and even “over” serviced it which they didn’t have to do but did for peace of mind. I later found out they carry out a 200+ check on the car so I knew I was in good hands!

Louis looked after me throughout the process keeping by me updated every step of the way and offered some brilliant advice and recommendations to ensure the car was exactly to my liking. He is highly knowledgable and informative, top class. Didn’t feel pressured or rushed or anything from the typical car salesman - AA are different level!

I have known Dhyllan for years but had never met him until now and he is exactly the same as how he is over social media etc which is highly knowledgeable and having extreme attention to detail! Dhyllan was exceptionally busy and has been for some time but spent 3 hours of his time to show me round the facility, explain the AA process, answer questions about the car and provide all round general advice. He’s the kind of guy you can talk to about anything and he will give you his time of day. It has been a privilege dealing with AA

I had the pleasure of buying my lovely M3 Touring from Louis, Dhyllan, and the team at Automotive Addiction on Friday. This is actually the first time in my life I’ve decided to leave a review for a car dealer — because buying a car usually isn’t anything special… but this experience truly was.

From the very first contact after my enquiry through to collection day, I received daily updates on everything they were doing, including photos and videos. They advised me on the best options and provided a full range of services, which led me to go for PPF, ceramic coating, and a few other extras.

I’ve seen a lot of PPF work across London, and I honestly believe many places either don’t do it properly or not to this standard. These guys spend countless hours making sure every single millimetre is perfect — the attention to detail is incredible, and I’m quite a picky person!

What really sets them apart from other dealers is simple: most say they’ll do everything to make you happy — but Automotive Addiction actually goes above and beyond. A perfect example: they weren’t happy that the tyres had 4mm tread left, so they decided to fit a brand new set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tyres at their own cost — just to make sure the car was perfect. That’s around £1,000 spent purely on customer satisfaction. Find me another dealer who would do that!

This is truly exceptional service.

Last but not least, a huge thank you to Louis, Dhyllan, and the entire Automotive Addiction team for putting so much effort into making my collection day so special. I was genuinely speechless when I saw the car — and usually I’m the one leaving others speechless 🙂

Hands down the best service I’ve ever received when purchasing a car.
I had extended front end PPF & Ceramic coating added and the communication from the guys was fantastic, sending me regular updated videos and updates of the car going through the process.

This car means more to me than just a purchase - it’s a milestone.

Three years ago I was looking at RS3’s, but due to some personal issues at the time, I failed to make it happen.
Fast forward to now, I got my dream spec RS3.

I’ve done my bit, but without Dhyllan and Louis pulling all kinds of strings, this would not have been possible!
The care is exceptional. They were so patient with me, holding the car for 2 months. That’s not normal customer service - that’s two top lads making my dream a reality.

Louis was kind enough to pick me up from the train station and from that point on, not a thing was rushed.
The handover was unreal, unveiling the car from under a cover (something I’ve only ever seen online), and taking the time to walk me through every detail from inside features to the full history of the car. It felt like an experience, not just a transaction.

This isn’t the first car I’ve had off them so knowing they’ll continue to be available to me going forward is super reassuring and something a lot of places shy away from.

This has been the best buying experience I’ve ever had, full stop. And given what this car represents for me personally, it’s something I won’t ever forget.

By far one of the least hassle free experience I ever encountered. What a pleasure to deal with, part exchanged my old car, which I obtained a great price for and bought an absolute dream of a car. They dealt with everything, only thing I done was drive in with the old car and drive out. The car I picked up was better than out the Factory, Car was fully detailed inside and out, ceramic coating applied and even added some extras like a ghost immobiliser. Fantastic team, super support and delight to buy from. Thanks, people I will be buying from these again, that's for sure.

My partner and I have been purchasing performance cars, mainly RS Audis for some years now. We often change our vehicle when a new version is made. We have probably used most performance car dealers across the UK and have never had such an amazing experience as we have with automotive addiction.
