Thank you to Kerryann. Chess and Openreach.

When I lost both my Broadband and Telephone links on March 30th I dealt with Kerryann Farmer-Tomblin in customer services and she was extremely helpful. She checked that both of the problems were not inside the house and opened a ticket so that they could be dealt with. Thanks to her help the Openreach man came the next day, March 31st. He sorted out the problem with the line so that by late afternoon both services were working again. Many thanks.

problem solved

I was very pleased to get Ryan's call, because I wasn't sure if the problems I was having with the phone were due to the device or the supply. Ryan did a check while I waited, and reported that it was almost certainly the device. I got a replacement phone and now everything is working.

Customer service

We have had ongoing internet problems for a couple of months or so. Sean Lancaster from the customer support team has been excellent, he has organised visits from open reach to sort out line faults etc, he has also sorted router problems remotely. He has also phoned and checked to see that everything is working days after a repair has been done. Very helpful! Thank you
