From yesterday afternoon I have been unable to speak to a human at Chess the fault on the line impacts my Buisness when I initially reported to an Ai there was a delay of at least 2 minutes from when it introduced itself I was shouting Hello and just noise in the background you need people to speak not robots I’ve since used the portal to raise the problem for the charges you should provide a much better service than this, it’s very stressful

I have been with Chess for many years and have always been happy with the service
My contract is up for renewal and I have been trying for nearly a month to get renewal details
After a few weeks I did receive an offer but need to talk to somebody about the details, this has proved impossible due to a new system they have introduced
I have left endless messages asking the sales team to call me but have not received a call
I have a ticket on the system they seem to now have adopted but when I update and ask a question nobody gets back
Sadly I will not be renewing my contract as if I have these problems before I have signed a new contract there would be no chance to talk to anybody if a problem any time

Chess ICT have been excellent in managing our SIM contracts. Andy in particular has been incredibly helpful - he always responds quickly, even with last-minute requests, and is proactive in resolving any issues. If there is ever any confusion, he is happy to pick up the phone and talk things through, which makes a real difference. Overall, it has been a genuinely great experience working with Chess ICT, and we value the support and service they provide.

Update: yea right your priority is anything but your customers. Nobody picks up the phone on that number. A fake AI bot speaks to you. Nobody replies to emails for months. This company is a scam!.
Shocking. This is the absolute worst IT/phone service provider in the entire Northern Hemisphere.
Customer service - unresponsive. After 7 days of waiting, opening 4 tickets and 5 emails, no response. They are a total waste of time and money. The regulator will be informed.

I have been a Chess Business customer for many years There was a period that I felt they lost their way but had occasion to re-configure my Broadband and telephony services, oh wow! what a difference.
The time, care and consideration spend on my enquiry was second to none. I felt that my company needs really mattered and with the technical knowhow they managed to come up with the perfect solution.

My organisation has been using Chess for longer than I've worked here - I think we might be in our 4th year with them... Currently they manage over 100 phone contracts for us.
Everyone I've spoken to and worked with have been great, so helpful and can sort any problem we present to them :).
Currently my contact is Danielle - she's very quick to reply and when we speak (on email or on the phone) she's so friendly and a joy to work with.

I'm very unhappy with this company. I cancelled my account at the end of November. Services ceased on December 4th in which i paid my final bill. It's January 6th and i keep getting emails for different payments. I have signed no contract and the portal service is very unreliable. When I get in contact by telephone I feel like I am taking to a robot.
