After Allan Fuller, despite teething problems with the accounting, help was at hand and everything was resolved. Sarah Doyle has always been extremely friendly and helpful and still adds the personal touch to looking after my property which is especially welcome. I trust this approach to managing property will continue.

We moved to London from another city a few months ago and dealt with Chestertons Battersea during our search. From the outset Chad Green was very professional and an excellent agent.

Moving across cities was definitely daunting, but Chad made the process clear and manageable. He was always available and easy to speak with, patient, and always willing to take the time to explain things properly. He understood what we were looking for, offered straightforward and honest advice, and guided us through each stage without any pressure.

What stood out most was his practical approach and extremely reliable communication. He was proactive, clear in his explanations, and consistently responsive right through to completion. It felt like he genuinely cared about helping us find the right home rather than simply getting a transaction over the line.

Overall, a very positive experience with Chestertons Battersea and especially with Chad. We would confidently recommend him to anyone moving to the area.

Generally service is pretty reasonable, however I am continually frustrated that Chestertons still don't make a note on their records to copy myself and my father into all communications, whichever new staff members are either emailing me or my father separately, surely this is not too much to ask

Zosia Gray supported us on a very challenging tenancy issue. We felt very concerned about our rights and what steps would be open to us and it had taken months to try and resolve. Chestertons have been managing my apartment for 3 years and I have been very happy with them.
Ryan Briggs is our contact person and he has done a good job with communication and handling different kind of problems. Chestertons have taken care of our HMO and when we had to change tenants they quickly found new ones. Generally Megan Lumb in the team was great to deal with - responsive and very helpful with negotiating our tenancy. However it did feel like quite a change once we had an agreed offer - the referencing process, identity checks and getting the contract agreed was quite clunky and slow and needed persistent chasing from us and felt quite unprofessional at times. Overall however we have found a great flat and have made it through the admin eventually!

This review is for my property manager Risida Geeganage who was so helpful during my tenancy. The apartment I rented had a few maintenance issues crop up during my stay that required extensive coordination on Risida’s part. She took on that burden and kept me apprised in the most timely ways. I was also undergoing medical treatment at that time, and I appreciated her compassion in scheduling appointments around my hospital visits. Risida excels in communication, the most important skill for a property manager.

Ann Dickson, our Property Manager, has been outstanding and incredibly supportive. She is always proactive, efficient, and consistently friendly. Whenever I encountered issues with the property, Ann responded quickly and worked diligently to resolve them. Her management has truly been exemplary. Happy new year.

We worked with Chestertons to rent a flat. The flat was landlord managed, therefore they only worked with us during tenancy start and end period. For the paper work everything was okay. But there was a disagreement with the landlord while we are moving, they were not involved at all and mentioned that this is landlord managed property, they cannot be part of it.
