We had a really bad experience with this company. Misled and forced to pay made up fees. And when we called out, we were fobbed off.

Found a place to rent via this agency. The process was somehow disorganised/chaotic as I contacted at 5 or 6 people to complete the process. Asked my an extra 100£ to apply on my behalf to have water and electricity in the flat and then the gentlemen asked if I could fill the paperwork (so effectively I was paying 100£ to him and I would do the work-amazing). After 20 days asking for a new mattress to be fit into the flat (the current has mould signs/dirty and bent- hence a health and safety issue), the mattress is still yet to be seen (apparently the landlord takes 1 week to reply to a quotation but less than 24 hours when it comes to get the contract done). Now in the last week, I have had experienced a less than civilised neighbour who insists in smoking right next to my window meaning that I either do not dry up my clothes and keep everything closed (risking the flat to become mouldy as there is 0 ventilation in the flat) or get a lung cancer because unfortunately according to the agency there is nothing I can do except live for 6 months in this hellish place until 6 month breakout clause can be executed.
