I came to them having previously been an Allan Fuller client. Allan Fuller were excellent. Chestertons found a buyer quickly, but thereafter the service was poor. At no point during the process did I feel that they were trying to assist with the progression of the sale and all the pushing had to come from me.
We exchanged and completed on two consecutive days; as a matter of courtesy I would have expected someone from Chestertons to drop me a line/call me confirming/congratulating me on the sale. I have had no communication from them since pre-exchange.

Sabrina, the property manager, was incredibly helpful in quickly finding a handyman to address a gas leak at my property. Her prompt and efficient response made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

We have been dealing with Ronja and Charlotte and it’s been a smooth process. They’ve left us a lovely move in box in the house too. Thank you again!

Ronja has been great and made sure we were able to move in during holiday hours. Since then we have had regular contact and Alan Fuller helps us whenever we are in need. Thanks and we can only recommend.

I decided to appoint Allan Fuller as the managing agents for my apartment as they were a local estate agent. However, over the 3 years I rented my apartment out through them, the experience was very frustrating. The staff were very slow in responding to emails and often absent when called. Follow-up on issues flagged with the property were very delayed, sometime requiring weeks of emailing to request and update and multiple calls to get a response. Twice after tenants checking out, there were damages that were never deducted from the deposit. There were issues that were never reported. And unfortunately, whenever I raised concerns, the behaviour was very unprofessional. Unfortunately, the staff and the lack of professionalism are letting down the Allan Fuller brand.

We have had a number of problems with our house, but Sabrina has always responded in good time, so that we know we are being heard.

I think that the problems have been sorted out efficiently, and they use good, qualified people.
If we haven't been recompensed, it has been explained clearly why this was the case.
Sabrina is polite and diligent, and we are happy here.

Requests are not addressed timely. We are unable to reconcile service charge budget. Insurance budget is wildly inflated vs prior years and amount in the budget cannot be agreed to quotes from the insurance provider. Costs that do not appear to be payable by leaseholders have been bundled in the insurance charge (eg, insurance cost for the freeholder’s negligence). Unfortunately, not a good experience to date and deeply concerned on accuracy and validity of charges passed into leaseholders.

I honestly can’t recommend Allun Fuller highly enough. I bought my house from them years ago and when I came to selling it they were my first choice to sell it for me. Allan Fuller were very helpful when they were marketing the property for rent, but after we signed became frustratingly unresponsive. It was clear they really don’t care.

Even the slightest request took multiple emails and calls.

Finally, the checkout experience has been a shambles. I have been waiting weeks for return of deposit and return of pre-paid rent, but can’t get any numbers or details from them. Just excuses.

Buying a house is stressful and something that you don't do regularly, therefore to have someone like John at Allan Fuller guide and help you through the process makes all the difference. Dealing with them was a pleasure, there was no pressure for a purchase. Post negotiation was a breeze and they were always available in order to view the property. I have recently sold my father's house through Allan Fuller and their service was faultless.
Being based in Australia I was slightly dreading the process but in spite of the physical distance and time difference John Ralph and the team kept me updated throughout every stage of the sale. We received multiple offers in a difficult market and John and Allan's advice was spot on.

I'm very surprised to see some negative reviews. Our experience with Allan Fuller was the opposite. They were super friendly, helpful and arranged everything for us. John and Brandon always went the extra mile and were cool, calm and collective throughout. They were extremely proactive with the sale of our two properties and the purchase our dream home. I have had an excellent experience of Allan Fuller. John Ralph sold my flat and advised us on buying a house. He managed the process in a very professional manner, and kept everyone updated and moving along. I would thoroughly recommend, an excellent local agent. Brandon was also involved and again was excellent.

Absolutely terrible, very rude, unprofessional and extremely passive aggressive.

They did no checks on the property I was paying for them to fully manage over two years. Told me I was unfair to make my tenants 'homeless' after I needed to sell the property to purchase my next home (I gave them the standard contractual notice). Then when I had to start legal proceedings to remove the tenants (when they wouldn't move out after contract end) they acted like this was my fault.

Unfortunately I also had asked them to sell the property - they didn't tell me the awful state the tenants had left it in (severe mould, dirt etc) and kept telling me to drop the price because noone liked it.

As soon as I got a professional clean (which they argued the tenants shouldn't pay for) and moved estate agents, it sold within one week for a much higher price.

I have never been treated in such an awful manner and can safely say it's one of the worst experiences with a business I have ever had.

Excellent service received from Allan Fuller in all levels from start to finish of letting my property in Putney. Letting manager Cathy and her team are so professional and they kept me informed in all stages of the letting process. Well done.
