ZERO STAR!!!! What a bunch of
A-holes this site is!!! I ordered the jeans leggings in April and I just received them now in July and it’s nothing like what they advertised! They are cheap, ugly, not stretchy and just a waste of money! I have been emailing them everyday and no answer from their part! What a scam! I’m so pissed off! No return policy on the site! Do NOT order from this site! Biggest SCAM ever!

SCAM company I ordered jeans and bras and 4 months later still don't have tried to dispute on PayPal however since they lied to PayPal and said they were sending they closed the case still never got don't waste your money on this fake company

I ordered two things and only received one. They are completely ignoring my emails and constantly sending me emails about other products!!
This company is truly a scam.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered an item and I never received it. I contacted them and they told me it was delivered in my mailbox. This is an absolute lie! They need to stop stealing from money form people because they are not sending the products. Read the other reviews and see for yourself.

I purchased something from them in May...It's JULY...and I still have not received my item and now I'm in a battle with paypal also to get my money back.

I ordered a pair of jean/leggings in March. It is now the middle of July,and I still haven't received anything. Communication was terrible-I felt like I was being sent a form letter every time that I requested information about the tracking of my item-blamed slow shipping on the pandemic (really...4 months??) I finally filed a dispute with Paypal and got my money back. From the reviews from people that actually got their items, I am glad they never shipped-sounds like the merchandise is very low quality. Would not recommend or ever buy from again.

Do not order from this company,items do not match the description in any shape or form I ordered tgejeabs for my wife,and they eventually arrived all be it minus the extra pairs for buying 2,they are thin stretchy,to a point,rubbish material,just like spray painted crap to give the appearance of jeans.rubbish,and no reply from them regarding the natter

The item I received does not match the item I ordered at all. What I ordered were comfortable, stylish looking stretchy jean leggings/jeggings that were pictured to have a realistic appearance of jeans and included a realistic look of pockets, zippers, buttons, etc. What I received was a joke. They are obviously cheaply made, barely stretchable, and literally have a painted on look of jeans - down to the zippers, buttons, and even the wrinkles. I would have never purchased these items if what I received was what had been pictured - which does not bear any resemblance. There is 0% chance of me ever wearing them, not only because they look like a bad Halloween costume piece, but they would very likely rip within an hour of wearing them due to how cheap the material is.

I purchased 2 pairs of their stretchy jeans on 4/28/2020 & as of today 7/12/2020 still have not received them or a response to any of my inquiries I have sent them. I thought at first maybe with the pandemic and all the craziness going on in the world today could be delaying my package. However I have been successful in receiving all my other packages from other merchants of course. Now I’m definitely concerned after reading everyone else’s reviews that made a purchase from ChestnutFive. It’s unbelievably that they are still able to continue to being a merchant. Definitely thought there were laws in place to protect the consumer’s at least here in the United States just as long as your purchase was made & being sent within the U.S. What a joke our system truly is either that or it only works like that for some.! Very disappointed. BEWARE PEOPLE CHESTNUTFIVE IS A SCAM!!!

Awful company bought some supposedly denim jogging awful quality poor sizing and don’t bother to respond when you want to return for a full refund they were nothing like advert AVOID AT ALL COST

Wow...sure wish I had read these before ordering...didn't realize when I ordered the fan it was from China... Ordered May 28, 2020, money withdrawn from account next day...today is 07/10/2020..no product and no more email responses Company is a fraud. Sharing on Facebook also. Never again!!.

Wish I saw these reviews before. I purchased a jean in March is now July and still have not received my jeans. They only respond by messenger and surprisingly pretty fast but they never give me an accurate information. Today I told them since I haven’t received my order I’ll file a complaint to the BBB better business bureau this company is not a joke they will go after this crocks thieves. I will never buy from Chestfive again. Scam

Ordered from them 123 days ago. I still have not received the order and they refuse to refund my money. I only a response to my emails 1/10, but still no help at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Absolute scam.

I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK. I ordered a bra a month ago and still have not received it. I can't email them but they keep emailing me their trash products instead of giving me what I ordered!!! I tried going to their website but it doesn't work, it said it was unavailable! This is unacceptable. I wish I could rate it lower.

Placed an order in March, didn't receive until July! Product is too small, when i ordered a large...3 refunds. Bras, $45.50 charged to my account. I want a REFUND, but can NOT find information for Returns. This company is a Total SCAM.
