I sent an email asking for a return and they would not allow it - they apologized for my “Destabilizing Encounters” ?? I don’t even know what that means!

Paid for a nightmare experience!!! Tried to get the bogof, nah they wouldn't let me have that. Handed over my money in the first week of March!!! Still waiting for the jeans....... emailed them 9 times haven't got a reply to one yet!! Never again, don't be silly and order, complete rip off. Would like to hear from anyone who actually got their jeans!!!!!

I ordered early April it’s late July and still no item have tried contacting them and just get ignored all the time
Hold onto your money shop somewhere else I believe this company to be scammers very dodgy

Not worth one star. Ordered jeans at start of April. It's now end of july. I'm not impressed after the amount they cost me. I have emailed them and asked for a refund. Bet that won't happen!!

I placed an order for their 'Perfect Fit Jeans Leggings' on 21st March. It's 23rd July and they have *just* arrived. They were NOT worth the wait. The quality of these are so, so poor. I wish I could attach a picture of these to this review. Not only are they just pictures of jeans printed onto poor quality fabric, but they also don't match at all with the pictures on the site. Those pictures were of real jeans with belt loops - these are literally just a picture of jeans printed on un-stretchy fabric.
I got my money back for these as I paid through PayPal thankfully! Just please don't waste your money

I ordered 3 bras on Match 24th. They have never arrived and the $39.00 plus has not been refunded. I emailed their customer support several times and they said to keep waiting. The tracking number saId the package was delivered. They were not.pLEASE do not order from them! Customer service is a joke!

Finally received my order and the same day I received the order I emailed them to say I was not happy with the product and I want a refund. No response. The week after I emailed again and was told 9 days is too late to report a return to get a refund. Now they wont answer any emails. What place doesn’t give you 10 days or more to return a product.
They are scammers. Do not buy from them

Do not order and pay for anything from this site!!! I made and paid for an order on the 8th March and still waiting, I have been in contact numerous times, and not even had the decency to reply to me.
I want my money back, having asked many times now, and still not a word!!!!

This is a joke I payed for a piece of rag painted like jeans. The worst thing I have ever brought from anywhere. These people r just thieves. Dont buy from them the rag they sent me was even to small. So they just took my money and send me a piece of rag. Am so mad thieves

Chestnutfive have made me feel like I’ve been Conned everyone else on this review, I don’t want to leave a rating, I have waited for these jeans for awhile now, I brought 3 pairs for a reduced price and all I’ve got is 3 pairs of leggings that don’t fit me and they look very cheap and nasty, thought they were coming from the USA but no they have come from China.
I’m so disgusted with the products.

I am so mad! I finally got mine today, took 6 weeks. 6 weeks for what?? These are the worst things I have ever ordered, no that's not true, these pieces of material are not what I ordered at all. I recently lost a lit of weight and that I was getting some nice stretchy Jean's, what a joke. How can you do this to people. I am a single mom, low income and spent my hard earned money and you have the nerve to scam people like this. Shame on you, I want a refund!!!!!!

Ordered 18 June, received an email on same day to say my order was being packed, a follow up email was received on 23 June to say item had been dispatched, I chased several times as tracking number was not traceable, kept checking tracking and eventually threaten to report to PayPal on 6 Jul, it seemingly worked as within a few days my package starts to track (8 Jul) and is now in transit
Why create the impression of immediacy then take three weeks to actually dispatch? It’s is beyond me!!
After reading the reviews of others I am now slightly nervous as to the quality of the items, cringing slightly at the thought of what might turn up :-/

Today I finally received the items ordered months ago. This is a clear case of breach of advertising standards as the items do not match what is advertised in the ad in the slightest. The ad was for stretchy jeans, what I received are jeggings of the flimsiest quality possible (I thought they might split as I was trying them on) printed to look like denim jeans. Huge difference. The material is extremely low quality and has a very synthetic feel. I wouldn't be seen dead wearing these and can't even see myself wearing them at home as they are not comfortable and are very synthetic-ey/sweaty. Think tights. I would not buy them in a shop and if I did, I wouldn't pay more than 50p. Will be writing to Facebook and Paypal about and maybe we should all write en masse.

I don't even want to give Chestnut five one star.
They deserve zero ratings. I have never received these so called Jean Leggings X 3. They have never arrived. I have sent numerous emails & every single email to them has been ignored.
Disgusting & totally unprofessional.
To pay for nearly R 800 and receive absolutely nothing & get completely ignored.
Shame on you.

What a joke! Fake jeans! Looks like someone took a picture of jeans and put them on the cheapest material they could find! I emailed them and demanded a refund. They stated I could only return them if they were damaged or defective. Umm, I call false advertising defective! This company should be put out of business!
