This website is a scam! I ordered 2 pairs of jeans 4 months ago, and never received it. I emailed them they said a delay due to covid 19. Ha what a joke! I requested a refund 2 months later never got a response. I got stiffed! reported them to BBB. NEVER AGAIN. Highly recommend to order with a reputable company.

Terrible company! Theives! Avoid avoid avoid! If you are unlucky enough to be duped by this company do push Paypal for a refund. It has taken 4 months but I have just recieved mine. Chestnut5 tried to say they had sent me their crappy jeans (said no-one was home when Royal Mail attempted delivery which was rubbish as we were in lockdown at the time!) and after months of too-ing and fro-ing I finally won my case! JUST DON'T USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!

Don’t EVER buy from this company! They make you wait for months! Mine took 4 months to receive the boxes were all crushed and messed up and don’t have all the parts in them. On top of that the products don’t even work! Such a waste of money! The people don’t answer their emails anymore either. Worst company ever. I will do whatever I can to tell everyone about this awful company.

Don't buy anything here. It's a scam, they take your money and you wait for months to receive a completely different product (I received a small smelly soap). And they say all the time that you received the right product or don't have the right to refund etc...

Still waiting on my product since January 2020 and we are now in August. Emailed several times. No telephone number to call. Received one email from them saying to "message them back in 15 weeks if I have not received my order". I got scammed...

Waited 3 months to receive item (strapless bra) from China (which I hadn’t realised at time of ordering). Really poorly fitting and literally cannot wear it. I got sucked in by snazzy Instagram ad, please don’t make the same mistake- avoid!

i want my money returned. 3 months no jeans no contact no nothing. they are losers and thieves. i emailed them and still nothing.

I ordered a 3 pack bra. I have ordered them from March. They still have not arrived. I wrote them 1 email with no response. Never order from this site. Wish I had read the reviews on this site. Why doesn't the WWW do something about these kind of companies

Had to wait 2 months to receive my order. Cheap and nasty. I’m embarrassed that I was sucked into ordering these. Really poor quality. Don’t buy them.

They took my money, never sent me the product. They responded to one email I sent after a month of waiting for my product tracking number to work and asked me to "be patient" with them. I waited a couple weeks and sent another email, waited a couple more and sent another email. Nothing. They went silent and the link that had my order number and tracking info on it when clicked just stopped working. I purchased from them on May 26, 2020. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered pants in May 2020, they arrived today August 4th. They must have been pants without a zipper but in the photos they looked quite thick. When I saw them it was ridiculous it was leggings like tights with drawn pockets and a fake zipper on the front, never buy from this site. Besides taking 3 months the product was not what I wanted, the size did not fit and they do not reimburse the delivery or the cost of return. In the future I will only buy from Amazon, at least on Amazon you never lose money.

As with everyone else on here, I ordered a pair of jeans through ChestnutFive and when they arrived they were honestly laughable and how appalling they were. I then emailed 3 times and got not a single reply. It was my mistake to order through them but you hope that there is some honesty in the world. Sadly not in this case. They are thieves who take your money and send rags instead of goods. If this review stops one person from ordering that will be something to be proud of. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

I ordered from this company, it took over 2 months and 3 emails to finally get the package. When I opened the bag from China, I was pissed to see their denim jeggings they sell are nothing more than a thick plastic or vinyl material they make Halloween costumes from, seriously! Ladies do NOT purchase this garbage. Your not getting what you see and there’re laughing all the way to the bank. Pinterest needs to stop putting these ads up.

what finally arrived 3 months late was not anything like the advert and not worth what I paided for it. I could have got this in this bad quility right here in the uk for Much, Much less

They suck. Period. Misleading. Looking for an attorney

Should have done my research. Ordered the leggings. Finally got them. Not at all as described no stretch, thin material. I'll just donate them

Wrong label - lead to mixed up shipment and they refuse refund as 50% of the shipment was missing vs. what should have been original shipped
