It was very easy to open my fixed rate Savings account. The interest rate was very good and I was informed of maturity options very clearly and in good time.

The guy was professional but they could not do what I wanted to do when I wanted it done.

I found it easy to change from fixed savings account to easy access account. I decided I wanted to have easy access so if I needed money straight away I was able to.

This bank provides really competitive interest rates.

Recommended via a number of specialist investment sites, including Martin Lewis. Always near the top of the Best Buy list with respect to interest. The reason for not giving five star was the very rigid, no ‘Cooling Off’ period when the investment is made but so far after investing for over three years I have not had any worries in this respect.

I would have given them 5stars as they have been very good, buut now they are using Hargreaves Landsdown and I don't understand it so I won't be using them any more,

Dealing with Andy, at a very difficult time, was a breath of fresh air. He explained what he was able to do, and then did as he said - all in the timescales that he indicated. An excellent ambassador for the Bank. Oh thay more organisations had employees like him!

Andy went above and beyond to help me open an account when i had online glitches very helpful and patient.

Rebecca was really helpful and sorted out our issue and kept us informed throughout.

I recently contacted BetterBorrow and spoke to Matthew regarding an issue with incorrect information being reported on my credit file.

To be fair, the person I spoke to on the phone was helpful and made a genuine effort to assist. They took the time to understand the situation and even tried to contact the complaints team while I was on the call to help move things forward. That level of effort was appreciated.

However, despite their attempts, the issue itself remains unresolved. The incorrect data that has been supplied to Cabot Financial is still being reported, and as confirmed by Cabot, only BetterBorrow can correct this.

So while the frontline support experience was positive, the responsibility to investigate and fix the underlying data issue sits firmly with BetterBorrow. Given the impact this is having, I would hope this is now treated with urgency.

Rebecca was amazing, she managed to find an account number that I needed for tax purposes quickly and efficiently, I would definitely use the chat line again in the future. Thank you so much
