Orders spares nearly a month ago. Repeatedly asked for an update firstly blamed Royal Mail etc no response since after asking for update and refund!.. appalling customer service will not recommend or use again!!
Within a year of buying my new maxi 4 trailer the rubber ripped from my horse slipping . It took over 6 months for them to agree to repair it . They cut one small patch out and a year later it has lifted . So far they are not willing to repair it . I have also had the hinge oh the tailgate break . Part only sent to me . Poor after service.
