Being shipped in the summer they could use a cooling pack. This last purchase, all the butter has melted to the ends of the wrapper and your hands fingers are filled with it when you unwrap the caramels. Taste wise, the caramels are a 10.

The caramels are delicious (the best I ever had) but the service not so good. I've ordered several times and the processing time takes way too long. Once it's shipped it arrives in a few days. The cookies were disappointing as they were advertised as soft and chewy but arrived hard.

These caramels are absolutely amazing!! They are so soft and creamy and they just melt in your mouth. I love all the variations, like the churro flavor I got this time. The only very minor complaint is that I would love there to be more salt on the salted caramel.
