Poor customer service
I had an issue with my order and I couldn't be refunded. Then I was offered a coupon code when I place my second order the code didn't work I emailed and got a response saying that it would be adjusted after my order was placed it was never a justice so I lost more money. Till the overall customer service is poor in my opinion because I shouldn't have had to spend more money to get my other money back. The caramels were great the cookies not so much. I ended up with a boatload of caramels in which I did not want but I stated before I couldn't get a refund.
Please so not comment that you sent over backwards trying to help me because you didn't. Jonathan stopped replying after he said he would adjust my order after it was submitted and never did. Then when I emailed about it there was no further responses so you basically lied. I'm very easy to please give me money back or the product but that's not what happened. I had to allow a friend to use the code after my second order wasn't adjusted. As I stated in an email the candy is delicious fixing the issue with the cookies was not!!

Michelle did not bother to read our description that clearly states, we finish our cookies with a touch Sea Salt. This is what she did not like about our cookies. A touch of Sea Salt.

Loved the caramel’s!
I got my order and loved the caramel cookies! The caramel in the middle was soft and just the right consistency to make that pull apart that leaves strings from piece to piece!
The sea salt caramels were delicious too. They are soft and creamy with just the right amount of salt.
I will be buying them! Yum!

Really good caramels
Delicious! We tried the whiskey, blood orange pistachio, and smoked sea salt and they were all so good. I can't wait to try some other flavors.

My favorites is still the chocolate caramels.....and I'm having a hard time staying away from them. They melt in my mouth; don't have to chew.
