I just can’t understand what went…
I just can’t understand what went wrong. I specifically asked for a refund after I paid the wire transfer. But they wouldn’t give it to me. When I was able to send the proof of payment that they wanted. They updated my order and send it out even though I specifically said I wanted a refund for my cancellation. I do have to say their customer service may be slow but they ship out products very fast.
