Customer service not the best
Payment via check x3 is horrible, paid them via paypal (because other customers were able to do so, too) but they don't count this payment (although it's in their list of received payments) and say I should contact paypal to get my money back. (They have to refund the payment, I can't cancel it!) Definitaly the last time I ordered there.

Great shop and customer service
Great assortiment of products. One of the few shops that has Ichiban kuji lottery in Europe.
Great customer service and active on social media facebook/twitter. Also hosts Ichiban Kuji Lottery through livestreams.
Once received the wrong product and after Chibi Akihabara confirmed they sent the correct item.
Customer Service is reliable and loyal customers are als rewarded points. One of my fav shops in Europe.
