well worth the money
What a great product, I took this on holiday the temperature was 30c and my feet swelled up ,the towel was so cold it cooled my feet and legs and it stayed cold for ages .
I also got one for my daughters partner he wrapped it around his head this was under his hat , he said it was a great help.

Order arrived quite quickly much to the relief of my son. The hot weather was driving him crazy so as soon as he opened it, it was cold water and with a satisfied sigh with it on his neck and shoulders, off he went. Very happy!

Changed to 3 after aftersales reimbursed me
If I could give 0 stars I would. Order 2 of their mugs …supposedly by one get one half price..but they charged full price for both plus postage. Also the mug in the video talked when you picked it up, but the actual mugs don’t. They are really cheap looking but cost me over £20. When I tried to complain to company to try and return them they weren’t interested and just ignored my emails. Their facebook site has nothing on it. I think this company is a Scam. Whatever you do don’t use them
UPDATE… after leaving a review on here Chic-Lucky got back in touch with me and offered a part refund. I said I would only accept a full refund which they have now given me.
They suggested I was contacting wrong department but if that is the case then they should make the right depart available straight away instead of anyone at customer services reply with stupid responses..every time I replied to them a different person wrote back who did not seem to know what was happening..so it seems the moral of the story is out your grievance on Trust Pilot
They have asked me to update to 4 stars as they have now responded but I feed that would be mid-leading to other buyers so have updated to 3 stars because they have now sorted out the problem

If I could give it a minus 5 stars I would! Should have come here first to read the reviews! Ordered a coat, wrong colour sent, have emailed umpteen times to ask for info on how to return it and each time I just get a bot automated reply saying my email has been replied to.. if it had I wouldn’t have had to email again and again! Total waste of time effort and money- avoid at all costs!! Need more legislation in place to shut these scammers down !!

Felt ripped off
Purchased a funny mug with the title "tired of silent boring mugs" on the advert the mug made a chicken noise when the man drank out of it, which was funny. In reality the mug had a picture of a chicken but no vocals. In other words a silent boring mug
