Awful

Awful. So disappointed with my snowflakes. Cheap tacky plastic with 2 stones stuck on them. Also much smaller than expected, so this makes the writing look very tiny. Bought as presents. I would be embarrassed to gift them to anyone. My fault for not reading the negative reviews first. Lesson learnt

Ordered 2 of the F-CAW-F mugs

Ordered 2 of the F-CAW-F mugs. They made out that the mugs made the sound but on arrival, they were just plain mugs with the picture on. Stupid thing is, i could have made the cups my self for £5.00 for 2 instead of the £9.99 each. I read reviews and every one said how fantastic the cups were! What a disappointment. NEVER buyfrom this company

Avoid - poor quality and terrible customer service

Slow delivery as shipped from abroad. Poor quality item. My snowflakes had the sea glass heads missing. Bought as stocking fillers but too ashamed to gift as they are cheap and tatty. Emailed for return address. Was offered replacement item. Emailed over 15 times asking for returns address and refund as their website states within the 14 days. Just got response we’ve replied to your query. Avoid this company !!!!
In response to the company’s reply. How hard is it to provide me with your address so I can return my order for a refund! Isn’t 15 emails asking for it enough??

Received a further email asking how many I want to return and I’ve replied.
Still no response from the company.
Should have checked them out first!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Two items broken upon opening. Not broken via delivery, poorly made.Mislead on offer. Long delivery time.

Two items broken upon opening. Believed the items were part of an offer, didn’t get that. Just as well as they would no doubt also be broken. Anything I press re contact doesnt come up or sends me back to the site. I’ve waited a good while for delivery. I know our delivery this end is trusted. These items have not been made properly. Very disappointed. Think it’s a scam. I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN FULL. I’m looking into it. Facebook should not advertised companies with his many negative views.

I received my waterproof coat which was too big for myself unfortunately, I emailed Chic-lucky.com to ask how I could return the item and order the medium size cost, I got a quick reply saying they were sorry that the coat was too big and they would put an order in straight away and I didn’t need to return the coat to them (I will give the coat too a charity a shop) the coat I received was of good quality and a lovely colour it was just a shame it was to big

Their items are dupes.

They supposedly offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee but the customer service email address does not work and the link to a returns form they mention on their website does not exist.
This company should not be allowed to trade.
Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely rubbish goods

If I could go lower I would , I didn’t know this was a Chinese site , ordered bubble mascara and ended up with cheap and nasty mascara that went in the bin , it also took over a month to arrive , wish I’d read these reviews sooner , avoid at all cost

If I could give a zero star I would! Still waiting on a reply back to return my order! Absolutely shocking to say the least! Sizing is wrong and material is of the worst quality! Just wish I found these reviews before I ordered! Failed Miserably

I ordered stuff on 3rd May and as of yet I still haven't received it, I have emailed 6 times and each time I received a generic email saying they would be intouch within 48 hrs...then nothing...now £7.99 is probably a drop in the ocean to them but to me it's alot of money...I am not expected my order now or my money back and will no longer buy off fb....
