Wow, I can't believe it took me so long to discover this incredible chicken burger! It's as if I've finally emerged from my cave. I'm eager to return and plan to try every burger option they offer. The staff here are not only friendly but also very attentive. This was my first visit to Baker St, and I'm already in love! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Nice friendly staff, quick service and tasty food.

I've been a regular at Chicken Shop Angel and have generally enjoyed their food, but my recent experience has completely put me off returning.

I ordered lunch for myself and my partner - a Straight Up and fries, Little Straight Up and fries, and chicken wings. The order took an absolute age to prepare, and when I rushed back to work and opened the bag, I discovered my burger was completely missing. To add insult to injury, instead of the larger fries I'd specifically ordered, I received two tiny bags of fries. So for £20, I ended up with one small sandwich, two tiny portions of fries, and three wings. I had to go hungry that day.

What's made this worse is the complete lack of customer service. Don't bother contacting the hello@ Chicken Shop email, it's been over a week and I've emailed them multiple times without even an acknowledgement. Their email address seems to be purely cosmetic.

Do not rely on this place if you want a quick bite - the service is painfully slow and unreliable. Really disappointing given I've enjoyed Chicken Shop many times before. Won't be going back.

No word has been invented to describe the chicken buger I had today, all I can say is I’ve been living under a rock, but no more!! I will be going back for more and I’m will be going through the menu burger by burger,,,, staff is pretty exceptionally helpful & humble. My first time there @ Baker st ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Food is cooked fresh. Be careful to use the right dip for the orderd chicken. Best chicken I've had in a while. Staff were brilliant and helped me order.

Just had lunch at the Camden shop . Fantastically attentive chap who talked us through the process . Food was exceptional. Chicken sandwich was excellent . Will be back

A staff member named Vijay was very helpful his knowledge about the menu is fantastic.He suggested us a dish to try out and it was truly delicious,we ordered it the second time.Fabulous ambience.Would suggest to anyone who likes fried chicken.
