PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I bought a dress ($187.89) from this website without reading the reviews to my utter regret! I used their size guide only to receive a dress that was much bigger. Several emails later they are refusing to exchange the dress for a smaller size with an $18 refund or $22 coupon. It will cost me over £100 to alter. It was supposed to be for a friend’s wedding. NEVER AGAIN! I sincerely hope this does not happen to you. Beware buyer!

This company is so unprofessional

This company is so unprofessional, I bought a dress the quality was super poor I wanted to returned but they won't give me the opportunity to do so . I wrote them line 10 emails , send videos of the dress everything complying with the return policy . This is a scam , don't buy from them .

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered the dress, took one month to deliver, and when it was delivered, it was defective . I could not get it over my head. You have to get permission to send it back and when you finally get it, there are very specific instructions to follow or they will not issue credit. They also try to convince you to get store credit before they issue authorization to return. After i returned it, Its been one month and I have not heard from the company, UPS shows it was delivered and i notified company of the return. NO ANSWER! The dresses look beautiful but worst shopping online experience ever! AGAIN, don't buy because they are beautiful, This is a SHAM Company from Hong Kong.

€50 bribe to remove or change my review!

I have already reviewed this company and have today been offered a $50 bribe from Chiclody to remove or change my review. I am basically disgusted with this company. How this company is allowed to trade in the United Kingdom is beyond me. There should be a full investigation in to their malpractice and they should be barred from further trade in the UK.
Please beware when you order from this company the image you see on their website is not necessarily the dress you will receive. They must have a team of seamstresses that attempt to copy the image of the dresses. What I received were substandard copies of beautiful illustrated dresses. Both dresses were made from cheap materials with poor workmanship and consequently were unwearable.
Thank goodness I had buyer protection through PayPal and was able to get my money back. If you order from this company ensure you pay via credit card or PayPal to ensure you have buyer protection hence if the goods are not as described you will be entitled to chase a refund through your payment provider.

BEWARE

BEWARE! After reading the return policy, I purchased a dress in two sizes with the understanding that I could return the dress that did not fit, if I contacted the seller within 14 days of receiving the order and get a return authorization for a full refund. Neither dress fit! Beware of the size chart! I emailed the seller requesting a full refund of $303.00. I received an email "offering a solution" & "recommended" I keep both items. They would provide a $45.00 refund or a coupon code valued at $60.00. In my returning email I said that wouldn't work & my atty. husband looked at the refund policy. Their reply, per our return policy you can return for 100% refund & advised me to return the items and receive a100% coupon code but only with confirmation the items were on the way to the warehouse and confirmed they were in good condition which would take several days for processing the 100% coupon code! The email ended with we still advise you to keep the items while receiving a partial refund, as this may prove to be more advantageous to me. Then they asked would you like to return for a100% coupon or keep the items and receive $90.00? What good are the dress that don't fit me? Sadly, I really liked the dress and told them I would order a larger size but wanted a full refund for one of the dresses. They never commented on that offer. But a plus is they do have a great website.

Interesting how you can’t write a…disappointed

Interesting how you can’t write a review without hitting a star. One star is too kind. In trying to create a return they instead offer a discount on an item. After sending the sku and the reason for returning ( too small) they ignore or continue to lead you on hoping you’ll give up.
Save your money. Find a legit company.

Should be zero stars

Should be zero stars. I ordered a black gown for a wedding. Took a long time to receive it. Dress arrived rolled in a ball, sequins damaged and missing. I contacted the company immediately. Took a while to get a response. They offered $25 refund on a $200 dress. I didn’t accept. More emails, more offers of coupons, $45 etc.
The dress is unwearable. Complete refund is only option for me.
I’m filing a fraud claim with my credit card company and trying to file complaint with Fed Trade Bureau.

If there was a zero star I would give…

If there was a zero star I would give it. They sent me a dress that had no tags on it and the liner was wrinkled like it was worn. When I asked for a return/refund of the $210 dress, they offered me $30. Be careful of their return policy, it puts them totally in control to say no for no reason! Totally disgusted with this company!

Do not buy from this store

Do not buy from this store. I bought a gown and when it arrived it was of very poor quality. Since they say on the web site they will fully refund I emailed for a return slip. They refuse to refund the gown. They want to send me $34 for alterations or a gift card. After 7 emails they are still refusing to refund my gown.

This web is scam

This web is scam. I don’t recommend it. Bought a dress for $180 these are the issue
1. The style and color doesn’t match with what shows in the pic
2. The size of dress is not true to what the measurements say on the web.
3. The return policy on the web is not true.
I ask for a return or exchange with an even more expensive dress after CS offered $30 refund for $190 dress. Don’t waste your money and get scammed by this web.

No Customer Service, Refusing to Refund

The dress arrives and was terribly made. Poor quality, inside out when it got to me, which means it was probably worn, and its is a terrible fit. I've been asking their customer service for a week now to return it and they won't respond to me and give me a return address. They keep saying they'll give me $30 for a credit. The dress was $160! This is a scam. I plan to contact my credit card company to get my money back, since they won't replay to me. These companies should not be allowed to do business at all, let alone in the US.

ZERO Customer Service!!!

I ordered a dress for an event three weeks ago and I can't get any customer service to respond. I've tried multiple emails, facebook, etc. and nothing. They want me to pay to track my package, which is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Total scam. Dont even think about going near

They dont even deserve a single star. Unfortunately i have to give one. Their ads are amazing, dresses look like they are out of this world. I ordered two dresses from them for a total of USD420. When the dresses came they were so badly made and they had nothing to do with the pictures. Sparkles were falling off instantly and the quality was sub zero. I wanted to return the dresses (on their adds it says easy return). They did not want mo to return the dresses. They said I could keep them and they would give me $41 instead. When I said I really want to return the dresses, there is no way I can wear them. They made me pay for a further £35 and I sent the dresses. I tracked it. They received the dresses and since then they are not answering any of my emails.I sent five email since. No answer. So I lost $420 and the dresses. It is a total scam. Dont go near.

Rip Off

I ordered 3 dresses two weeks ago spending around $500. I also paid $60 for express shipping on two orders total. Two weeks later and I just got a shipping update, all my dresses are still in China. They just now shipped them. So my guess is I won't be getting my dresses for the event. Wish I had read more reviews here before placing my order. Do not order from here. Typical ripoff from China
