Don’t ever order from this company!!

Don’t ever order from this company!!! They didn’t want to refund/credit my account when they never shipped the dress!!! Be careful! Their response is not sure! They do not refund your full amount. They held 15 %!!!!! Lies!

Giving this company a 1 star is a gift. This is not a reputable company. Their return policy is not true. Gowns are poorly made and the colors don’t match ehsy is delivered to you

I ordered the Evening Formal Elegant…

I ordered the Evening Formal Elegant Dress Long Sleeve Black White Maxi Dress. The dress arrived but was poorly constructed and did not fit. I have requested a return authorization twice and haven't received a response. I won't order from Chiclody again.

My Chiclody item didn’t fit and wasn’t even close to what the picture was being advertised

My Chiclody item I ordered was not even close to what product was advertised. I immediately sent pictures to them and asked for a refund. On a $200 item they sent me a response saying they would give me $26 refund or a $34 coupon credit and that’s it. I would be leery of ever buying from this misleading advertising company because you’ll never get your money back if you’re not satisfied

Copy Cat Scammers

I received a dress that looked nothing like the image on their website. It’s obvious to me now that the photo on the website was a designer dress that they attempted to copy. The fabric was horrible! The photo and description indicated a thin strap at the shoulder, but it was one and a half inches thick. The opening under the armpit was supposed to be cut in a deep “V” almost to the waist. The dress was made with a standard rounded sleeve opening.The lame fabric shown in the photo gave the illusion of baby pleats, however, they actually sewed wide pleats across the bodice and the cumber bun of the dress. In addition, I paid $29.99 extra for expedited shipping but don’t bother. The dress arrived the day before the longest timeframe listed on their website. Although their website indicates a 60 day easy return, it was anything but easy. First, you have to send photos of the areas of the dress that you’re displeased with. After sending those, they asked me for a video and a photo of the shipping envelop. After accommodating that second request, they declined my refund and offered me $20 towards another dress. Be aware of the risk you’re taking if ordering a dress from this company. I personally will never order from them again.

⚠️ Warning

⚠️ Warning: Do Not Buy from Chiclody! ⚠️

I want to share my terrible experience with Chiclody so no one else falls for their scam. I ordered two dresses, each costing £120, after seeing beautiful pictures on their website. After waiting 8 weeks, what I received was a complete joke—poorly stitched, horrible fabric, nothing like the pictures. It was a disaster and a real scam!

When I asked for a refund, they sent me a generic apology email and offered me a £40 voucher to buy more of their garbage-quality clothes instead of giving my money back. This is unacceptable!

I strongly urge everyone NEVER to buy from Chiclody. Please share this with others so no one else gets scammed. Let’s stop these fraudulent companies from taking advantage of people!

Not real pictures on the site

They clearly use photos from other websites then send you a horribly made copy. The dress I received was cheap fabrics and horribly made. They say that returns are easy, but its been a month and I am still waiting for my refund. They offered me $10 for a $120 dress!! I said no. They keep offering to let me keep the dress- I don't want it! I will send it back! But it is clear they use such cheap materials they don't want it back either. I am waiting for a full refund.
