Although I had good service and have bought 2 cars from you now and they have always been reliable.
However in November 2024 I part exchanged my Capture for a X-Trail which is a lovely car. I gave the paperwork to the salesman and he said he would deal with everything. A couple of months ago I have a letter from the DVLA saying the capture is not insured and that I am being fined £50 I came down to see the salesman and he said he would inform DVLA that I had exchanged my Capture for the X- Trail. The problem he had not let DVLA know that your company had the car from November he only informed them when I went down to see him when I got the letter. I of coursed appeal this as I was not in possession of the car when they checked to see if it was insured. I have recently received another letter from DVLA saying because DVLA where not notified by yourselves when you took the car I was still responsible for the fine. I have now paid this but I do think it was down to your salesman not informing DVLA that was the problem. I do have a copy of the recept if you would at all like to reimburse me. Please feel free to contact me if this is not clear.

Bought a second hand car and it developed a few issues in the first 3 weeks. These issues were rectified quickly, professionally and with no fuss. When buying a second hand car, issues are always a risk. It’s how they are dealt with that’s important and Chicos were fantastic.
