Just arrived and they are awful quality. So disappointing after spending £30 on 4 prints. I’m gutted as I was so excited, nothing like the quality they looked like online. Will try returning & getting my money back

Would have given no stars if I could. Terrible business avoid at all costs. Goods arrived damaged after waiting a month and they don't reply to emails or phone messages. The frames are falling apart and the cheapest I have ever seen.
Abbie & Luke are probably enjoying a cocktail in the sun with all our money and laughing all the way to the bank. Hope you choke on it guys !!

Do not use this company ... Absolutely diabolical quality... Completely load of rubbish… Absolute waste of money… They do not reply to emails… I will be getting my money back through PayPal… A despicable company should never be allowed to trade.

Avoid at all costs! Ordered a print start of April and still not arrived. No one answers your emails had to go through the bank to get money back.

Item arrived quickly and in great condition! Love it!

Arrived damaged but would have sent it back anyway as the the quality of the print is terrible. It looked like it had been printed off on your Nan's old HP printer. The frame was also the cheapest and of poor quality

They DO NOT reply to complaints or even acknowledge you've sent them an email.

if you talk to your card provider they'll arrange a refund, trust me you'll want one.....!

This company should be reported to trading standards.

SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Absolute joke of a company , no response to emails asking about delivery after nearly a month has went by .

Ordered a print as part of a gift on 22/03/2024 … still not here !

Avoid at all costs , had to go to my bank to get my money back !

Order delivery was 3-5 working days, 7 days later still waiting.
Tracking shows with courier and nothing more (9th April)
Emailed luc@chicprints and hello@chicprints and no reply from either
Have emailed again today....just want a refund, will definately not use again and will happily encourage others not to use too

Very pleased with purchase would highly recommend and i would definitely buy again

Ordered express delivery, hasn't happened.
Still no print.
3 emails to customer service, no response.
08.04.24. 5 emails, and 2 contacts on social media, no response.
10.04.24 no response, sent further chase up email, cc'd Trading Standards
12.04.24 had auto-email to say order on way, watch this space!
15.04.24 Evri are still "expecting" the parcel . Rolls eyes
17.04.24 landed, very poor quality, and the piece of plastic (the piece that is usually glass) is damaged. I have emailed, but I am not holding my breath for a response, cc'd trading standards.

24.05.24 no response yet, must be busy eh.

So, I give up now -

Find another place for prints…

Ordered 6 prints with frames, half the frames came marked or cracked.

Tried emailing, messaging them about this multiple times with no response, avoid using these as it’s likely they’ll turn up damaged and then not respond.

The frame was broken, unusable. The delivery was late, three weeks late to arrive.

I wouldnt even give 1 star but had to, to leave this review. I ordered from this company in December and received the order damaged. (Cheap Frame) I have contacted them multiple times via email and via social media and have not had any response from them which is very disappointing. All I wanted was for a new item to be sent out to me and I would return the damaged one but thats not going to happen so I have now requested for a refund to which I'm doubtful I will get. I would not order from this business again and would advise anyone to stay clear. I wouldn't give them you custom and your money.

Great prints on good quality paper, delivered quickly. Returning customer.

Ordered a print as a birthday present, delivery said 5-7 days. Delivery took over two weeks and was too late to give as a gift. The print looks like someone just did it on their laptop and home printer. Paper quality is poor. Frame is cheap. Not worth the wait, I could have done it myself for a fraction of the cost.

Great poem for my daughters. Writing brilliant and bold. Highly recommended

Warning - scam.
Two framed typography prints ordered mid August, money taken from account but no order received. No response to contact made. Never received a confirmation email to say order received. Ordered typography prints in 2022 and they were received so i question what has happened. Please dont
Purchase from this company. Looking on the internet there are many other sites that do typography prints. Biggest piece of advice - check company reviews before parting with your well earned money. X
