Ordered on 24th of July. Heard nothing after a week, enquired via email, heard nothing. Then messaged via Facebook to get a standard reply with all orders will be dispatched within 7-14 days,

Not had anything so now going to try and claim money back via PayPal.

So disappointing as these were pictures for a present.

Ordered a doormat 2 months ago this company is a scam they take money and don’t send goods!!! No answer to emails or phone calls these are awful

Ordered 2 prints on 29/06/2023 and after 10 days of waiting for a dispatch notification I emailed them. No reply, I left it a couple of days and emailed again, still no reply. So messaged on FB, got an auto reply stating they wouldn’t be able to look at individual orders from messenger and to email them so I emailed a third time, still no answer. I got a dispatch email stating my items were on there way with a tracking number for Evri but 8 days after reviewing the dispatch email, my prints have still not been received by Evri. I’ve waited almost a month for 2 prints that their website states would take 5-7 days, and the auto reply on messenger states 7-14 days. I will be logging a claim through PayPal to get my money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Do not order from this company they take your money have no intention of posting your goods. They don't answer your emails. Ordered beginning at July still no goods. I was told 5 to 7 working days. Please don't waste your money. I really don't understand how they are still trading.

Please please never order from them. They are scammers. They have made this attractive website so that one can’t doubt. I wish I would have read reviews before ordering. I paid £49 and orders some wall arts.

It’s been 3 months no communication and never got my order.

I applied for a chargeback from my bank and the scammers have audacity to reject it.

I will keep going won’t stop and take them to court.

Please don’t use they are a complete set of scammers !!!!!

Ordered my friend a framed print in a quote from still game to cheer her up after a tough time and like all the other reviews - no print. No comms. But money taken.

I ordered over a £100 of merchandise from this company over 2 weeks ago. No response, no goods, no confirmation. As others say, this is a scam.

Absolutely appalled by the non existent customer service. My print did not arrive for several days after receiving the dispatch notification & then when it did arrive the frame was complete broken & in several pieces having sent an email with images I have not heard anything back despite sending several emails since they literally have just ignored me. So therefore I have ended up with a piece of paper that I spent £35 on & could have printed myself. Not impressed & will not be recommending this company at all to anyone

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my money, no prints. No response. No Contact
I feel this maybe a scam presently.
Avoid at all costs.
I am starting legal proceedings against this company.
This guy Luke has a lot to answer to. I will be visiting soon.

Ordered some prints, said 5-7 day delivery. Not even received a dispatch email. Have tried to email a couple of times to ask when it will be dispatched. No response at all. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from the company. I’m starting to doubt I’ll ever receive my order

This is my 2nd time ordering some prints & I couldn’t be happier. Easy to order & pay for. Quick delivery & prints lovely!

My product was really poor quality; the way it had been packaged and posted meant it was bent and had kinks in it. The printing quality was poor and looked like it had toner smudged all over it. I emailed twice to ask them to rectify it and they have not replied.

Easy to order, fast delivery. Item as described and packaged well. Thank you!

I ordered a framed Dolly Parton framed print, the print is too much to the left of the frame , you can hardly read what it says as the back ground is so light, have sent 5 emails and have not had a reply yet , I would not recommend buying anything from them , a waste of money and time .

Ordered from the 1p prints sale in January. Have emailed 7 times, messaged on insta and Facebook. No response, no order received and no communication at all.
Keep being spammed by offer emails but no response to my requests for an update. Complete scam company. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible customer service. Ordered prints and paid quite abit of money. Money taken and no prints have arrived. I’ve contacted company via social media email and telephone and no response to any.
