Brilliant small independent business
I have ordered a few items from this small local independent business and with all the orders I was very impressed. The choice selection and print quality you cannot fault.

Another disappointmented customer.
One of my frames has come damaged. Sent several e-mails, no reply. Sent order details as requested no reply again. Sent messages via social media, no reply. No other way of contacting them.
I won’t be buying from this company again, as it was a £60 order and customer service is shocking.

Damaged cheap frames. Definitely not worth the money. Sent email for replacement frame but no response. Requested return but to date again no reply. Will not allow you to return without contacting them first.

Be wary...

It was marked as dispatched after the email so clearly wasn't sent until after my query so go figure?? The print itself was ok but the frame was plastic pound shop rubbish, and definitely not worth paying for especially as it come without a mount.Be wary, my advise, order the print in plenty of time if its a gift,but frame it yourself!

Thanks for taking the time to leave us your feedback regarding your order and we're really sorry to hear you were mostly disappointed with your order.
I can see your order was sent out 2 days late which we sincerely apologise for. I can see that your order was sent out on a next day delivery service to compensate for this however didn't make it to you within Royal Mail's timeframe.
Our wooden frames are supplied and made to order by a local framemaker and we pride ourselves on supporting our local suppliers. Although there may be a price-impact to this (and our frames may appear expensive compared to budget, imported & mass-produced frames) we're certain that supporting our local businesses (considering the last 2 years) is the right thing for us to do and we will continue to run this way for the foreseeable. I'm also sorry that there was an assumption that our frames were provided with a mount.
