First time I have used this company and I ordered a print for my friends birthday.
Anyway, it arrived within reasonable time but the frame was unfortunately damaged and therefore no good to give as a gift.
Emailed the company with photos of the damage and advised my friends birthday was on 27 September and asked if a replacement could be sent out before then, otherwise I would’ve liked a refund.
They did reply asking when my friends birthday was…but it was plain obvious they hadn’t read my original email properly, as this information was already provided.
Either way, I told them again and have never had a reply since and it’s the 19th October.
I understand these things happen, however I would like to share my experience, as communication is little to non.
My advice would be to buy elsewhere.

Never normally give bad reviews as never like to give small company bad review. But had shocking service from this company.

Order a print on 30th August . Got the print within 2 weeks but wrong item sent. Email them and heard nothing back. Sent second email and finally heard back 9 days after email. They said they would send the right one. This was on 18th September. Still didn't recieve item.emailed again on 2nd October to which no response still a week later.. Will never use again.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE A SCAM. Not only did they not come WITHIN the 2 week time frame.. by 3 weeks I emailed and said I'd like a refund and I no longer need the prints after finding elsewhere, they took 4 days to reply to tell me they were on their way in the next few days and if I wanted a refund I should let them know so they can hold them back. I emailed back and said yes please id like the refund. Instead they ignored me and over a week later I receive the prints. I still don't need them so I look on their website only to find out their "refund" policy states you have to contact them before issuing the return. So off I go again to email.. no response. At this point in fuming because I have already said I no longer need the prints. I get PayPal involved only to get yet nothing back from them their end. Unfortunately now I'm stuck with prints I do not want and I'm £50 down from prints that seem like they cost no more than 50p. Absolute junk. Do not waste your hard earned money on these rude, disrespectful people.

Really happy with my print, received well packaged, and protected. I ordered a bespoke design that wasn't available, I communicated my wishes for a unique personal engagement print that was special for the newly engaged couple. Chic Prints did an amazing design that I was extremely happy with before it was printed off. I really appreciated their time and the result was fantastic, really happy with the print as I'm sure the newly engaged couple will be. Thank you highly recommend for fabulous prints and service

ordered 3 prints, expensive £46 but thought they should be nice with that price, took over 3-4 weeks to be dispatched, never arrived, emailed twice and got nothing back. rip off just taking money

Amazing range of prints, great customer service I’m always last minute.com but they always come through with fast delivery I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my prints highly recommend x

I’ve ordered prints numerous times with this company. Each timed framed prints, both delivered before the allocated time and both to exceptionally high standards, my house is now full of these prints, the company went above and beyond as they didn’t have quite what I wanted however, after talking to them they designed me some beautiful custom prints. I could not have asked for a better service! I would highly recommend these beautiful prints! No better feeling than helping a small business grow at the same time!
