The item was not what I expected. The item did not fit and the material wasn't a good quality.Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews before making a purchase ( . Shipping took around one month, not so long for China, but the problem is that quality of the dress is awful, I even can’t explain my frustration when I got it. 99 cent store have better quality then the dress I got, I won’t take it even for free, but I paid $78 for the garbage.trying to return this garbage I followed the return instructions in the package but it was IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN let alone get a refund. i went online and did research about this company and i found this help is Six zero seven!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!four3eight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!³⁴⁹⁸finally after long chase with this company on date 14-07-2021 iwas able to get in touch with company customer service team they guide me with the return instructions i returned the dress and i did receive the refund !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!########The size was wrong ########Terrible.I will not order from them again.

THE MOST of the item is GARBAGE Awful. Clothes were poor quality Products not as advertised.Their products don’t even represent what they show you you’re buying. Not even close
I tried to return them.then i did research and i found the company number which is⁷⁶⁰²⁸⁴³¹ three one i call them finally they provide me the return label and refund on my order!!!!!!!!!Rubbish product Do not buy anything from this place

I bought the professional hair straightener and received this small, cheap flatiron that looked nothing like the advertised photo. It won’t get hot. I’ll never order from this company again.

Warning stay away from this company They are a bait-and-switch. Keep your money ripoff company. if they had a 0 star rating or a -0 star rating, I would have clicked that instead of one star. , they ripped me off. For $75

Awful. Clothes were poor quality so I tried to return them. They did not want to give me the address. I finally got the address and China refused to deliver them. They are being returned to me again even after a paid to have the packages insured. Credit card company would not let me contest the charges either.

Do not buy from chicvoss! Products not as advertised. They are scammers. They will send you rubbish and it cost too much to return because of that you cannot return and give you just 20% refund. Moreover you can not use the product. Rubbish

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Chivoss company is from CHINA! I wrote a long review but somehow it got wiped out, not sure why. So going to be short & to the point. I bought 2 fluffy beds for my dogs & the items were cheap knockoff from China!!! Products advertisements were from other companies. Don’t buy it took forever to come in the usual horrible product packaging from China & cheaply made!!! These people are too cheap to pay for postage. China knockoff Beware!!!

I would not even give them 1 star but had to tap it to voice my opinion. I bought something from them and the package got lost. They won't refund my money until they get the package back. How you supposed to get something back that is lost. No money and no product. NEVER AGAIN. Wish I had seen reviews first. Will check companies from now on.

If this had a zero option I would select. Ordered a hair straightener and was sent a mini straightener and not the same brand or style. Contact them through email and they suggested I sell it or gift it. I wanted what I ordered but they just offered me a discount on my next purchase. Why would I purchase again??

Don’t buy anything from this company. I bought a hair straightener and they sent me a different one from the one ordered r. When I wanted to return, realized company is from China and they would not accept return. After I insisted realized it will cost so much more to ship it back... and they can claim they never receive it because mail get lost all the time there! So no refund!
They don’t disclose they are from China and that you wouldn’t be able to return the product if not satisfied!! DONT DO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.. Dishonest company!

I bought the 2in 1 curling iron off one of those adds on Facebook. After waiting months to arrive it came in an unbranded box and it’s like I was sent one you see on the shelves at target that aren’t meant to work. After trying to plug it in I notice the “light” isn’t even made to turn on and it’s so light it doesn’t seem to have any mechanisms in it and I can’t even get money back on it. Total scam.

I purchased the 2-in-1 curling iron from this company and when I received my purchase 5 weeks later, it came in a box that was ripped up and the iron did not even turn on! Emailed them and went back and forth with someone and they refunded me only 20% of my purchase. They would not give me a return address and had terrible customer service. Do not buy from this company!!

Beware Chicvoss just changes its name when they get too many bad reviews. But American Made go to the store and see smell and touch the product before you buy. These Chinese companies are rip offs!!!!! EVERYTIME. BUYER BEWARE!

Do Not Buy Anything! They are fraud and they want to convince you to not return the product and they will guve you 15% back. I had to ask 3 times from the return address in five different forms. And they wanted to me to ship it to china when the product came from the US. I'm definitely reporting them to BBB

False advertising. I seen them on Pinterest and ordered the flat iron.. For one I did not get what I ordered, they sent me some mini flat irons.. I’m angry! And I had to wait for about 4 weeks.. I will never ever order from them again

Do not order from chicvoss. Items I order did not work! Came in damaged box. Took 4 weeks to get there from China and they will not give a refund only offer 15percent off your next order. Buyer beware!!! Please don't order from chicvoss!!!!!!

I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. They are the worst and DON’T buy from them! I wish like other reviews I read after the fact state not to buy from them. I never received the foundation I ordered with the 2 in 1 straightener, after many emails back & forth they basically called me a liar and offered 15% off next order like I would order from them again!!! Usually I research before I buy from a company I’m not familiar with and didn’t realize it would be coming from China. Also the straightener is a piece of junk and not anything like what is shown. Pinterest should take down the add.

I ordered the flat iron and they sent me a mini iron. What a ripoff. False information is what they are about please don’t spend your money on them and save your time. I’m so angry at pinterest because they keep advertising it. Shame on them.
