If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is a scam! I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. I ordered the "professional" flat iron and got a mini toy that did absolutely nothing for my hair! And, oh yeah, I did try it out so I could give my honest opinion. They should be prosecuted and shut down for false advertising and ripping people off!

Ordered the flat iron advertised on Pinterest and Facebook on September 20th. Finally received a small travel flat iron on October 15th. Have been trying to reach the company for a refund.... They have magically disappeared.

DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! THIS IS A TOTAL RIPOFF! I ORDERED SOMETHING IN AUGUST, IT IS NOW OCTOBER AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A THING! THE EMAIL THEY SEND YOU IS TOTAL BULL CRAP!!!! I REPEAT KEEP YOUR MONEY

SCAM!!! Do not buy anything form this company!! They rip you off and take your money. I ordered a 2 in 1 curling iron and hair straightener from them. The add on Pinterest said would hip in 2 days. It never said anything about coming from China and taking 3+ weeks. When I finally got the product the box was completely crushed and crumpled. It looked nothing like the video. The plates looked like they were covered in cheap foil which was bubbled in areas. I go plug it in to at least give it a try and.....it won’t turn on. No lights, no heat and no power. I tried it in several outlet...Nothing! I sent the company pictures of the box and a video showing them my attempt to power on. They first offered my a 20% coupon. Um no way. They then came back and offered 15% refund. Are you kidding me!?!? I spend $40 for a broken piece of garbage and they only want to give me $6.00 back?? I should be getting a FULL refund! So angry! False advertising, terrible customer service and a major scam! I will let everyone I know through social media to NEVER buy anything from this company!! I would give them a big fat zero if I could.

I bought something for $40, a pair of boots I'm on fixing to come I don't like it when someone rips me off that's what this company did!! So beware don't buy from this company!!

I bought a all in one curling iron. From chicvoss. It's like they spent a penny to make it and they sold it for $40, its totally falling apart when I opened the packaging. So its not even worth my time my money or my effort to try to send it back because customer service sucks so bad and you only have 15 days to return it in and it come from China. Which it took them a month and half to get here from China. They weren't up front about. Poor workmanship on this product and other products they sell, I would NOT BUY anything ever again from this company again. I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought it. Totally BAD BUSINESS.

I am in the process at this moment of retrieveing my money from this FRAUDULENT company. After seeing all these terrible reviews I decided to cancel an order I just placed about 5 days ago and request a full refund. I know they hadn't sent the order because they emailed me yesterday stating that one of the items I had ordered was not available, so they kept trying to get me to order some other thing that I didn't want. These wierdos sent me a notification moments ago stating that they sent the rest of the order despite my *repeatedly* requesting a FULL refund before they shipped anything to me. I have several time stamped emails telling them/her to NOT SEND ME ANYTHING....JUST REFUND THE ENTIRE ORDER. But, I did report them to PayPal much earlier today and I will be receiving the full refund in due time. I will also be reporting this to Pinterest, from where I found these chinese thieves. What's wrong with these people??? Why are they allowed to defraud us like this?

I wish I had done as others are saying and read the reviews about this company before buying. Saw a straightener on pinterest and thought it would be ok. How wrong!! When I ordered it, it asks whether you need a European plus or USA one. As I am in the UK, I chose the European one (obviously!). When the straightener arrived it looked NOTHING like the one in the advert and had a USA plug on it!! I had emailed them when this item was still on the way to just double check about the plug, and they assured me a European one had been sent but if I was not happy, I also could have 15% off my next purchase!! You must be joking!!! I have now emailed this company at least 10 times but they don't even bother to reply!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT BUY!!! If I could give " zero stars", I would!! CON MERCHANTS!!!

Wish I read the reviews before i purchased the crap 2 in 1 flat iron. Poorly made. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR EMAILS. IT SAYS EMAIL US FOR RETURN ADDRESS! REALLY have sent 4 emails NO RESPONSE!

I should have read the reviews first! Mestar Iron Pro is a joke! Shipment was terrible. I was surprised the thing even worked because is was not padded for shipment at all. It was a piece of crap. Not like the picture at all and barely heated up. Just pulled my hair and barely got a curl. Very, very bad product. Now the website will not come up. Bad IP address is what I get. Guess I'm screwed out of refund. BEWARE! Do not buy from them and maybe we can put them out of business.

Terrible product!!! Do not buy the 2 in 1 flat iron/curling iron that is all over Pinterest!! It is not as advertised. Took forever to come from China, looked like a totally different product, very cheaply made and the plates didn't even line up, so it literally pulled out strands of my hair! It was supposed to have a 30 day money back guarantee but instead they offered me 15% off of another order!! HA! Keep your lousy 15% and your lousy products!!!!

Just submitted a refund request and was sent a email stating that they are on vacationand they will help me when they return. What? I wish I would have read all these reviews before purchasing from them. I saw there ad on Pinterest maybe there is a way to post the reviews on Pinterest and Facebook, so that people are aware of the scam.

Trash product on snap on teeth. Not the product that is shown on the video on pinterest. Like others got a 10% refund offer. Produce return address on packaging was London but they wanted me to return it to China. Gave a lengthy email about taxes etc I would incur. So mad with myself as 2 days before receiving this product I ordered the hair straighteners. Reading reviews by others let's me know I am in for a big disappointment. In my last email I informed them I had contacted Mastercard to look in to this purchase. They then put back an automated message saying they are on holiday so cannot respond. This is a scam site. BEWARE!

This company is trash like the other reviews I can also confirm that they do a bait and switch on you. You will not receive the product you order it will be something totally different. I ordered the flat iron and they sent me a totally different iron way smaller and definitely cheaper then what I paid for. When I demanded my product they offered a coupon off my next order as if I would EVER buy from them again.

My honest review. The supposed straight iron you see everywhere being advertised arrived quick however ITS DEFINITELY NOT THE ONE BEING ADVERTISED!!! You get some cheap travel size reg flat iron from china. It has not tip for holding when flat ironing ur hair. It does nothing as it claims. Had i known it was from china, there's no way i would had got it. Save ur $ ITS A SCAM!!!!

After 3 weeks of placing my order I was so excited to finally receive it in the mail..I opened it only to find they sent me the wrong stuff. I contacted them to return only to find out a $40 item would cost $120 to send back and they refuse to refund me even after I sent them pictures of what they sent me. Never order from this company

Company claims to send item back is extremely expensive and will let me keep item and give 10% back... refused this and then it became 15%

They should be pulled off of Pinterest as that is where I saw the product .... very different from the video😖

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM CHICVOSS.COM!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!! I don’t even want to give them one star. They will scam you, and they will ship you a cheaper product, and do nothing about it except tell you that you have to spend a ton of money sending it back to China. Or they only want to refund you 15%.
I had to file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau through the e-commerce link. Again never do business with this company .

This company sells products of very poor quality. Nothing is what is seems or how the product are advertised. Schrap stuff from China.
